Coordinating meetings and appointments.
Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests.
Maintenance of Attendance Register and keeping a track on outdoor duties of the Executive/Staff.
Maintaining Courier Register.
Maintaining the les, records and documents as required.
Pro ciency in basic computer skills is required
