1. The style of my model is going to fit in with the
overall genre of the magazine, alternative/rock., in
order to achieve this I need to begin thinking
about what clothes are going to be worn, make-up,
props, etc.
To begin with, I think that for clothes I am going to
go with dark clothing that will stereotypically
match 'rock'. Dark jeans, dark top and jacket
matching this would be make up, a little bit of eye
liner to make the model stand out from others and
to seem more intimidating.
With props I might include a guitar or a instrument
of some sort to accentuate the music magazine.
aiming the pose of my model to be quite
intimidating, and to stand out from the page so it
seems as if they are coming out of the page. I
believe a good representation of this would to be
photograph them sideways with the camera quite
2. focused on the models face.
For location I am thinking of photographing my
model in front of a black back drop to be able to
focus purely on my model and how they look, and
what could be added to make it better.
I am going to take a variety of photos during the
shoot to be able to include them on my contents
page and dps. The different photos will hold
different poses and in different location,
depending on what the linking article is about..
Also, having a variety of photos to choose from
makes it easier to see which one stands out the
most and will draw my intended audience in the
most.
