2. I started off by creating a new
Template. I set all of the setting to
how I wanted them.
I then chose the text tool
and used it to create my logo.
3. Once I had created the
the I wanted to change it.
To change the text I used the paragraph
and character tool, this allows me to
make changes to my text.
4. Once I had clicked on the tool, I
chose the different settings I
wanted to change.
I decided that I didn’t like
the text so I clicked on the layer.
5. I then clicked on the trash bin,
this deletes the layer.
I thought about spelling the logo with
lines, so I clicked on the line tool.
6. I drew out four lines in the shape of an M.
I then went on to
do the same for the
rest of the letters .
7. I then went round the letters
with more lines but this time
I did them in a red.
I used the paint brush tool, I used this
to look for a paint drop.
8. I couldn’t see a paint drop
On the brushes, therefore I
Used brush ezzy to find the
brush I was looking for.
I then went to file to put in the picture.
9. I clicked on open and found
where the picture was on
the computer.
I then resized the image using command T
and positioned it where I wanted it.
10. I copied and pasted the picture over and over
until I had enough, I resized each one and
moved them into place.
I used the paint bucket tool to change
the colours of the logos of each drop.
11. I moved the final drops into the right place
This was all of the drops in the right space and the colours.
This was the logo, looking at
it I thought it was rather blank.
12. To help make it seem less blank I created a new layer.
I clicked on the new layer.
13. I then used the paint tool to give the
logo a background colour.
I chose the colour I wanted which was
black, I did this because I new the
colours of my logo would stand out.
14. When I added the background
colour you can see the drops
were in white boxes.
To get rid of the white boxes I used the
magnifying glass to zoom in.
15. I chose the plus so it would zoom in, not out.
Once I had zoomed in enough I could clearly see
The white boxes.
16. I clicked and held on the magic wand tool, to make sure I had
the right tool selected which I did.
I chose the magic want
tool, this allows me to
get rid of a colour from
a picture
17. I chose the right layer which I wanted.
I then clicked on the white on
the picture, it selected the white space.
18. I then pressed back space which deleted
the white box and left me with just the drop.
I did this to all of the paint drops.
19. I then clicked on the magnifying glass again
so I could zoom back out.
I chose the minus this time so
I could zoom out.
20. This was the finished product of my Mixx logo so far.
21. I got peer feed back on all of my logos, they said that
my Mixx logo was still a little blank and I could make it more
complexed to make it better.
