How To Go Back To College
My Challenge My reason for going back to college is as an African American women born and
raised by my father and mother in a religious environment. I saw the need for change to better
myself and stop begin a part of the statistic, but be an inspiration to my family children,
grandchildren for a better life and leave behind a legacy behind for them to follow. At the age of 57 I
have look back with emptiness and realize that I have spend my life serving others, and have
forgotten the most important person; which is me.
Even though I was born with all odds against me, African American and a women at that, I decide
that even I can dream and my worth would be getting a higher education. Doing this process I have

leave me very little to for my housework and any other activity. I have to make sure that in–between
my busy days that I take the time out for doctor appointments and my church leadership ministry. I
know that time is my most valuable assess so I have to stay force on my career. I found myself after

I Have A Pretty Good Life
I have had a pretty good life. I was born healthy and I have friends, family, and everything I really
need. I'm a petite, sixteen–year old, white, girl with deep brown eyes and golden brown hair. For the
most part, these are things I cannot change. I have a complex and colorful personality with a depth
that most people hardly see. Who I am comes from all the people I have met, all the places I have
been, and all the times I have had to restart. I did not get to have a say; it was decided for me my
entire life. This was my seventeenth time restarting and I struggled with the idea of having to rebuild
comfort in the presence of new people. My voice must have been on mute because not one of my
opinions was heard in a decision that was mine ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I found myself very busy but very successful there. I really felt important and secure in this place
where I finally belonged. I had a good amount of friends, amongst my peers and teachers as well. It
was my own fault for getting used to the comfort of familiarity. It was my own fault for choosing to
be miserable and bitter about losing this comfort. It was not my fault that I had to leave though. Life
is like a bright light in a dark room in the sense that you can chose to look at what's illuminated or
you can focus on the shadows surrounding it. I focused on the shadows and felt that light grow dim
and blurred as darkness swallowed me. Despite all of this inner pain, that stemmed from multiple
sources, I masked everything with a smile and a lot hiding. Sleep was my escape from this new, and
temporary, living arrangement. I quickly got used to turning my thoughts off and numbing my mind
with any distractions I could find. Food and the internet were vices that I used to save my sanity. I
overindulged in both of these and lost all respect for my body and it's health. It was more of a
painful, waking, coma than living. I could find no pleasure or beauty in life. I was drowning in
instability and insecurity so I searched for answers to end my suffocation. Truly, that was my life, at
that point, through my eyes: I was bonded and suffocating. I realized that my happiness came from
everywhere but

I Go Back To May 1937 Summary
It's clear to whoever is reading, I Go Back to May 1937, written by Sharon Olds, that the author of
the piece mustn't have had the easiest early life, and upon further investigation those assumptions
are proven. After years of denial, Olds began starting to admit that her pieces were reflections of her
own feelings and experiences as she got older. The fact that her poems are based on personal events
make them even darker and harder to read. Olds grew up in an extremely conservative household
run by her alcoholic father. Singularly those two things are what nightmares are made out of, but put
together it seems more like Hell. Which, considering how religious the leaders of the household
were, is rather symbolic. The literature and film content

Everyone Should Go Back To College
Everyone has busy lives especially those that daily, are juggling more than one task. Nowhere is this
more apparent than in the life of a college professional, or someone who attends a job while going to
college. Many struggle going to long work weeks to be able to afford their bills while they also
going to school for hope of a better future. This is something relatable to a great deal of young
Americans, and something that is becoming more common place in our older generations that later
in life are choosing to advance their education. Between the exams, essays, late nights and long days
how does one have time to forgo all these proceedings while simultaneously maintaining a social
life? As impossible as it may sound it is achievable with the right tools, mindset and dedication. I am
personally a part time student that normally attends three classes a semester and work a full–time
job at an Amazon Fulfillment center that sometimes ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
People should look to their peers, family, professors and advisors for the tools to be able to
surmount such a task. There are many options available for those who wish to go back to school or
those students who need some extra cash. It is very important to use the resources that are provided
and to take every opportunity to be able to better ourselves. If we look to the past to see how others
have achieved their goals, we can learn to be able to accomplish such affairs ourselves. With a little
hard work a seemingly impossible task starts to become realistic with the outlook of a better future. I
consider going to school is important but shouldn't come with the sacrifices of always being broke
or never moving out. I would want to wish everyone the best of luck and to know that it is entirely
possible to be a successful student professional with

Never Go Back Stereotypes
Jack Reacher: Never Go Back (2016) has all the staples of a cliché action film. Car chases with
gunfire, check. Villains killing in the name of profit, check. Witty one–liners before epic scenes,
check. It has the plot sequence of a cookie cutter action film and like so many other action movies,
Jack Reacher: Never Go Back is clearly gender biased. Jack Reacher, the main protagonist, is an ex–
military loner played by Tom Cruise. Suddenly, Army Major Susan Turner (of course, the lead man's
love interest) is arrested for treason. Reacher comes to the rescue, uncovers a conspiracy with a
military contractor, and saves Army Major Susan Turner. Even on the surface, it is a movie that has
overtones of sexism, a message that reads: "even a highly successful woman requires a man." Delve
deeper, action movies for generations have ingrained restrictive roles for women to society. In 2016,
only 27 percent of the dialogue came from women in the top ten highest grossing movies (Syfret 1).
Yet, speaking less often in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Script writing involves the most precise use dialogue and action; a great writer can reveal the
history, flaws, and personality of a character. The opening scene begins with police surrounding a
rural gas station due to a brawl incited by Jack Reacher leaving a multitude of men injured. As it
turns out, the police were kidnapping illegal aliens and selling them. In the background, the
audience can see Hispanic women covered in blankets fleeing the interior of the gas station. As
federal agents surrounded the building rounding up the corrupt policemen, Jack Reacher remarks,
"If it were up to me, I'd just kill you." Action and dialogue blend perfectly to advance the
development of Jack Reacher, who is equally rebellious and chivalrous. Female characters are only

How To Go Back To School
When you go back to school, you have to do a lot of stuff. You have to go to open house, go
shopping, and, the worst part, you have to get back in your normal school routine. Fortunately,
(sometimes) itś easy. Except for the routine, because thatś kind of hard.
So first, you have to go to open house. You have to get your schedule, find your locker, meet your
teacher, and find all your classes. You also have to bring all the school supplies for all your classes,
such as paper or tissues. When you find your locker, you have to put your stuff in it if you, have
them. You can also decorate it. When you meet your teacher, you have to talk to her about her class,
sometimes, where you're going to sit, etc. When you get your schedule, you have

I Want To Go Back To School
One day in 2011, I had an epiphany that I wanted to become the CEO of a hospital one day. The
CEO of Rose Medical Center became aware of this and informed me that I could certainly have his
job one day, but I must first go back to school and get my Master's degree. He is not the only person
that has hounded me about going back to school. Many other managers, administrators and even
family members have said the same. Clearly they see something in me that I had not quite yet see in
myself. I think I am finally coming to the realization that if they think I can obtain a Master's degree,
then I certainly possess the skills, knowledge and motivation to go back to school. It is time for me
to shake up my content, routine life and take the step to bettering myself and fulfilling the
commitment I made to myself on December 31, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Going to college out of state, adjusting to the college atmosphere and curriculum in addition to
playing a sport for a university was a bit of an adjustment for me my freshman year. I had always
gotten good grades and was on the honor roll all four years in high school, but after two semesters in
college, I realized that I was struggling academically and needed help. In need of direction and
assistance on how I could get myself back on track academically, I met with my coach. She was
aware of my love to write and public speaking and thus she suggested that I major in
Communications. I took her advice and ended up excelling in that area. I did a complete turn around
academically and even made the Big 12 All Academic First Team. That conversation with my coach
was pivotal to my academic success and I am so grateful that I was able to reach out to her for
guidance and support.
I'm very much looking forward to going back to school and I would love the opportunity to do so at

Reasons To Go Back To School
Making the choice to go back to school as an adult can be both exciting and intimidating. Many
adults are nervous that they don't have time or won't be able to keep up with the material. However,
succeeding at school is about dedication, persistence, and hard work, not your age! Here are 8 great
reasons to go back to school as an adult.
1. More career options
Career advancement is probably the biggest reason that most adults consider going back to school.
Perhaps you started your bachelor's degree right after high school but were unable to finish. Or,
maybe you did finish but would like to continue to get a master's degree. Either way, securing these
degrees will open the door for many career opportunities. In this competitive job market, ... Show

Learning about new technology, gaining professional certifications, and forging new connections are
all possible when you go back to school.
3. Personal satisfaction
There is nothing quite like the feeling of holding a diploma in your hand from a university to let you
know that you've achieved something. If you've faced challenges in life in the past, achieving this
type of goal is great way to boost your confidence in yourself and prove to yourself that you can
handle a challenge.
4. For your family
If you aren't going back to college for yourself, there's a good chance you're doing it for your family.
Many parents go back to school to set an example for their children or to keep a promise to their
parents. Naturally, your family will also benefit from the greater career opportunities you'll gain.
5. Expanding your perspective
Education shouldn't always be viewed in strictly practical terms. Sometimes, education for its own
sake is just as valuable. If you've always wanted to learn more about art, languages, or history, a
college education is a great way to do it! Immersing yourself in learning is a great way to challenge
your own perspectives and grow as a

A Narrative Story : A Story Of A Narrative Story
Narrative Story It all began with a simple Phone call one night after dinner. "Matt," my Father
Hollered up the stairs, "it's for you. It's Joy, and she sounds upset." As I came downstairs to pick up
the phone, I was not happy. I was tired and had looked forward to a nice quiet evening at home, not
another stupid adventure with Joy. Thirty minutes later, however, Joy's silver Mustang convertible
swung into our driveway, and Joy was leaning on the horn before the car came to a full stop.
Grabbing my coat from the couch, I walked out my front door with all the enthusiasm of a man
going to stand before a firing squad. I get in the car and Joy looks like she just saw a ghost.
"Joy what's wrong? I ask, "Are you ok, you seem like you just seen a ghost."
Joy shouts "No Matt I'm not ok, there has been a serious murder in our area recently, actually a
couple blocks away from my house, and they still have no clue who did it, and why they did."
I stare into blank space, and zone out for a bit, not hearing a word Joy says to me.
"HELLO, Matt!" Joy screams, "Do you even care!"
"Yea I do care." Joy replies "Well it doesn't really seem like it, and why are you smirking It's not
funny!"
"I'm not laughing about the murder Joy, I just thought of something funny"
Joy replies in infuriating anger "NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO THINK OF SOMETHING FUNNY,
THIS IS SERIOUS MATT!"
" Ok I understand that, but what do you want me to do about it, solve the murder? The person who
did this is

The Importance Of A Moment And Go Back To The Holocaust
Let's take a moment and go back to the Holocaust. The Holocaust is a depressing time. Hitler was a
horrible person and hated Jews. He wanted them all to die. The Holocaust began January 1933.
Hitler started it all! "Over 1.1 million children died." (important) Just children! It technically ended
May 8, 1945. The Holocaust affected over 15 different countries. Anne Frank is one person that was
remembered. She did die but she had a ruff life. She died from a sickness "Typhus at the Bergen
Belsen Concentration Camp." (91) If the Holocaust did not happen then these people wouldn't have
been remembered, although they would have lived a better life and live longer.

Descriptive Essay About A Fair Party
Fair Party 2017 The lamp post lights are shining down on us as were sitting on benches in a little
circle. It's nighttime out at the 2017 Fulton County Fair. Groups of people are lining up to get into
the fair for the Loverboy and Survivor Classic Rock concert. A few hours later the concert will be
over and people will be going home. That means it's time to pull the "money trick" on people as they
leave the concert later. My friends and I are at a party at my cousins camper. "Hey guys!" said my
cousin nick and all his friends. "Hey," me, Gracie, Bekah, and Kenzie said. As they were walking
towards us you could hear the loud slurping of them all drinking their milkshakes. Nick introduced
me, Gracie and Kenzie to all his friends. His friends names were Brock, Payton, Ethan, Cody, and
Trey. After we all introduced ourselves to each other we walked over to a big area with bases. "Who
should be on each team," Nick asked. "I don't care let's just make them even," Gracie said. We all
divided ourselves up into teams and started playing. My Team was in the field while Nick's team
was up to kick. Nick was the first kicker up, and I was pitching. Gracie, Kenzie, Cody, and Ethan
were behind me getting ready for Nick to kick. I pitch nick the ball then "wham!" The kickball went
right into Gracie's face. It hit her pretty good. We took a timeout until we decided to go back to the
camper and do something else. When we got back there about a hour left until the concert was over.

I ripped my skis out of the rack and walked a few feet away. I put them on the ground and cautiously
stepped into the bindings. I pressed my left heel down into the binding. I felt the boot secure itself.
The I did the same with my right foot. I reached for my goggles, they were dangling from the rear of
my helmet. I grabbed the band and positioned it around my helmet. I then pushed the goggle over
my eyes and saw the blue tint in my face. I saw a sign that showed the elevation as 4,865 ft. My
heart dropped. I looked around and saw that all the trails were black diamonds black. Ethan (my
friend) pointed at a trail. I nodded in return. This was it, I thought, I was going down one of the
hardest black diamonds at whiteface. My fingers went numb due to the unforgiving cold and wind. I
slowly followed my Brendan. He was my brother. We all slowly made our way to Devil's tail. Then I
saw it, a giant decline. It looked like it was miles down. We all looked at each other, then we went.
Ethan and Brendan pushed themselves forward and gained speed quick. I slid down right behind
them. We all gained lots of speed for the big drop. I curved to the right, I was next to the tree line.
Then I spotted an ice patch, but it was too late. I saw it happen, but I could not react in time. My skis
slid out from under me, I slid to the right, while my skis went left. My skis ended up in the middle
of the trail, while I ended up by the trees. I

Bhutanese People Should Go Back To Bhutan
Many old Nepalese, Bhutanese people wish to go back to Bhutan.
Why do these people wish to go back to their motherland, Bhutan? By the end of 1990, people who
lived in the southern part of Bhutan were forced to leave their land. They started to move in Nepal
and lived in there for almost 19 years as refugees in refugee camp. Bhutanese had dream to go back
to their own country, but their dream remained unfulfilled. The Bhutanese government prevented
Nepalese, Bhutanese people from entering in Bhutan. Their journey of third country resettlement
begins when Nepalese government also refused to give citizenship of Nepal as they claimed they are
poor country. Many Bhutanese people lose their hopes of returning back to Bhutan and decided to
immigrate to the United States with the help of International Organization and Immigration agency
in Nepal. Culture, religion, and land were the most important reasons for them, but the Bhutanese
government did not let them in.
Bhutanese people wish to return to Bhutan because they want to practice their own culture. Many
old Bhutanese people follow their culture strictly under any circumstances. For example, old
Bhutanese people have not forgotten to follow their culture eventhough it has been more than
decade of living in a foreign land like in the United States. After being settled in the United States,
Bhutanese people had to adopt American culture in–order to survive in American society but it is
still hard for them to accept the American

According to this week's lecture, this topic covered the significance of California, why is it a diverse
state, and how does it attract many people from outside of California. Throughout this main idea,
California is a number one largest history in the United State and this what brings people from
others including outside of the country to explore California. California has been important through
the huge change in this state that everyone had notice way back from the past and many great places
to visit. From the reading, "Notes from a Native Daughter" by Joan Didion, she states that "Going

Plus California has memorable places where we can visit, take pictures, and experience. Since I am
a nature loving person, I enjoyed going to places that are natural and far more like Yosemite
National Park. And I realizes there are also changes in that area. This is why I'm currently majoring
in Evolutionary Biology and Ecology so I can earn my chance to visit new places where I wished to
go in the future as I have a great career in life and share it with my family and friends. Also, I'm
enjoying taking photos based on nature everywhere I go alone, with friends and family. There was
one time was made a bike trip from UC Merced Campus to the Universal Service Recycling Merced
all alone, it was a twenty miles trip. I literally rode straight on Lake and this is the place where I
admired, so I took most my snapshots. So far I have taken photos of the Snowy Sierra Mountain, a
campus that was a distance, and a snapshot of beautiful farmland area. And then when I went back
to campus, I show to most of my friends and they are really interested and know how I'm really into
nature and traveling. I found that was one of my memorable time that I did when I actually came to
Merced. I felt Merced is a lot different than when I used to live before which is the Bay Area.

How To Go Back To The Dominican Republic
Dominican Republic Reflection I thought going back to the Dominican Republic for a second year
would feel like being the parents on Christmas morning: you get to watch everyone else's reaction to
the stuff you've already seen, and you just get to sit back and help throw away the wrapping paper. I
thought I had, in a way, already had my transformative moment; I was there to see my Dominican
friends again, to help my HGP friends experience the trip, and to do some good for the people of the
Dominican Republic. Most of the week felt that way. I was still bonding and having fun with the
kids, but it definitely felt like I was there to help more than to experience. I felt more emotionally

It's not something that can be quantified; I can't show you pictures of all the houses we built, or of
the rainwater ditch we dug. I don't even think saying that the trip was life–changing does it justice,
because the whole concept of "life–changing" is pretty cliché. After all, how could just two weeks in
a country really "change your life?" Again, you kind of have to be there. So what makes this trip so
unique? What's the takeaway? What did I really learn? Well for one, I can say that I have so much
interest in and respect for Hispanic and especially Dominican culture. Hospitality, acceptance,
kindness, and a welcoming smile are things that are certainly lacking in the states. It may seem
insignificant, but there's something special about walking past a stranger, and not having to put your
head down, make a stern face, and continue in a straight line. But I think the bigger lesson to learn,
though, involves poverty and inequality of opportunity. Two years ago, I could have pulled up tons
of statistics about poverty, and how poor the majority of the world is. The conditions that some
people live under are really just cruel, but it's not the hut made from the leaves that's the cruel thing;
it's our big houses, luxury cars, and designer clothes. Father Don said, "Poverty isn't when someone
has no shoes and has to look to a superior to ask for shoes; poverty is when they ask, and the
superiors don't give them anything." This really stuck with me. Poverty isn't

How To Go Back To College
When I first decided to go back to college and further my education I knew it was going to be a
challenge. Firstly, it had been six years since I had taken classes of any kind, and secondly, I had
pretty much forgotten all the important courses that I learned in high school. Not to mention, I didn't
even put into perspective how hard classes would be with a child because I thought I could get most
of my work done while she was sleeping (I thought wrong). Challenging was an understatement of
my last two years in college, my thoughts and expectations of college were way off. With that being

How To Go Back To Photography Essay
There is more to photography than just pointing the camera at something and pressing the button.
That is where you start. You will always be learning something new, have new directions to explore,
and new challenges to face when taking pictures. Every time I take a picture, I learn more about
myself, what I value, and how I see the world.
At a young age, I have always had an interest in pictures. I used to go through every single box of
pictures in my mom and dad's closet. I would always go through them, remembering the moments
of when the picture was taken. In the pictures I wasn't in, I would ask what was happening so I
could place myself there and picture what I would have been doing at the time. I was intrigued with
pictures because when I hold the photo in my hands, I could feel the emotion, memory and time in
that moment. To my surprise, the pictures that were in the closet had helped shape a great hobby of
mine.
Growing up, I was not good at playing instruments, drawing or throwing a ball, but I was good at
taking pictures. My family would always tell me how good my pictures were, giving me the
confidence in taking more pictures. I would always practice taking pictures of people even if they
came out bad. When the picture would come out blurry, I would keep taking more until the picture

How To Go Back Into A Truck Essay
I slop through the mud, moving damp chunks of ash from the ground to the back of the truck. I
continue this repetitive motion until it becomes innate, not slowing to consider the actions of my
body. My mind drifts to thoughts of some far away place. A place I often visit to comprehend the
incomprehensible, to piece together pieces that never really fit, and to explain the unexplainable. It's
a place where nothing makes sense yet everything is calm. "Will you help me lift this into the
truck?" My mind becomes distorted as I'm taken from that abstract place, the place where I find
comfort in the doubts and reason in the foolishness. I'm brought to the bare field filled only with my
family, dog, and the broken tree destroyed by the a man providing heat for his children during the
frigid months of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Struggling to organize my mind I attempt to return to the place I'd been, trying to grasp any bit of
the context of my thoughts. While thinking I fell upon a new topic, a topic I haven't considered
much about. As it begins to form I feel a sense of understanding comes over me and I know I've
fallen upon something important. I watch my father and siblings work and begin to wonder whether
other families work together as a unit like ours does. Do the children help with the work
traditionally for men? If so, are they as willing as we are? I realize my family isn't like the typical
family you see nowadays. We are strange, different, and united. There was a time when I felt
disappointed with my family for not being like other families I knew, but through deeper reflection,
I decide it is something to be proud of. We are the way we are and it works. We're all our own
people with our own thoughts, personalities, and ways of doing things. One trait that we all share is
our willingness to work. Doing the "man's job" has taught me that I am as strong as a man and have
the capability to do the same things they do. I witness this being carried out with my

Go Back To El Salvador Essay
My family loves to go back to el Salvador to visit family. We go there for vacations each year in the

children's to enjoy and for you guys to relax". He also paid for our stance in the hotel which was 1
week and 3 days. He paid for all my family but my dad paid for my grandmas because he said that it
was already too much. At first it was a little challenging trying to find the place, because it's far from
where we live but it was great at the end because the hotel service is also great. When we check in

The Worst Nightmare
Shivers I hear heavy breathing outside the closet door, so I think the monster knows I 'm here. I
guess I should catch you up. I 've been hiding in this closet for hours, and I 'm writing this in case I
don't make it out of here alive. Every night for the past 2 weeks I 've been hearing noises, and 3
nights ago I saw it. I woke up to the noises as usual, but instead of finding nothing there, I saw a
terribly gruesome figure. It seemed like it had been human at some point, but it were nothing but a
rotting carcass now. That kinda made me feel bad for it, pitied it in a way, because It was deformed
in such an agonizing way. In It must 've sensed my fear because it moved as if to launch itself
toward me, and in fact, I was absolutely petrified. I couldn 't even move because of fear paralysis, so
I just laid there in horror as my worst nightmare came true. I shut my eyes real quick, expecting to
feel it 's deformities on my body, but after a minute or so I didn 't feel anything, so I slowly crept
open my eyes and I saw it, within inches of my face, just staring at me. I could feel its hot breath on
my neck, as I felt bile rising up in my throat. That thing I saw, wasn 't human anymore. It unhinged
its mouth like a snake, swallowing my silver watch whole. The worst part was that it wouldn 't
leave, it had me stuck in a paralyzed state for what seemed like hours. Finally, it left. The largest
grin was sprawled across its face, as it sunk into the shadows. I was

My Motivation To Go Back To College
Motivation
There is a ton of things that motive me to go back to college. One would be my daughter; she
inspires me in so many ways. Just as much as she looks up to me, I look up to her. Here lately, we
have been dealing a lot with her health problems that we have found in the past 5 years. Even
though her body is giving her trouble, she is going to college for Hotel Restaurant Administration
and holding down a job. I am so proud of her. Then there is my son, He went to college for two
years and had some trouble with it. But did really good with it. I am wanting to show them that you
can go back to college and get a degree in whatever degree they want no matter how old you are or
think you can't for whatever reason.
Purpose
My purpose is to show whoever is seating there reading my resume, that I got what it takes. And I
can and will make it happen no matter what it is. Every time I go to a job interview, they are always
looking for a degree. Even though, I do already have one in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding,
and have a long job history in office and management field. I feel my resume is not showing them
that I can do the job that I am applying for. So they go and hire someone with more experience or
has a degree behind them. I live in a small town of 4,700. So getting an office job here, means you
better have what they are looking for. With this degree, I will be able to drive to the city and apply
for a job that will pay good and have benefits that will support my family, just in case my husband
leaves the oilfield for who knows what reason.

Let's go back in time... It's 2007, the iPhone is just being introduced. Before the iPhone was released
do you remember the phones that were used? Our interactions were dramatically different. Do you
remember having to click 3 or 4 times on your flip phone just to find the right letter? Do you
remember the first iPhone and how slow it was compared to today's phones? The world was a
different place. Thanks to innovative companies like Amazon, Apple, Google, Facebook, and others

Who likes to wash their car? Who wants to buy their own groceries? Who wants to cook their own
food?
These companies have been able to provide services at a price that is reasonable and allows
consumers to relax and limit their stress levels. One of the main issues that can arise in this industry
is that the companies can lose sight of the customer experience. What I mean by this is that hyper
growth companies achieve growth by growing users. How do you grow users? You focus the
majority of your efforts on application development and make your platform as user friendly as
possible. This is great for those who try out the application but becomes a problem for those who
end up using it frequently. What happens when you have an issue with the car you rented out? What
about if your meal kit is missing items? What about if you have complaints about your experience?
What happens when your Uber driver gets into an accident and you are hurt? What happens if your
mechanic purchased the wrong part or can't find your address?
Typically, customers will go either to the app store or to social media to complain if they don't
receive the level of service they expected. This is a massive problem because that is the first place
people look before downloading your application. There has to be a way to mitigate this risk

Go Go Music : The Problem Of Go-Go Music
If you live in the D.C. metro area, there's a fairly high chance that you may have heard go–go music.
You may have been walking down the street in D.C. and heard people banging on trash cans and not
even realized what kind of music it was.
A Home to a well educated black middle class because of institutions like Howard University, DC,
unfortunately, experienced a similar urban issue that was the same as with many US cities beginning
in the late 1960s. After the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr., "the segregation–era black
enclave around U Street was left gutted by rioters, a trauma felt through subsequent decades"
(Miller, 2012). DC had an influx of black people and poorer people as the middle–class residents
left for the suburbs. With a declining tax base, "the city's schools and service institutions could do
little to counteract the atmosphere of hopelessness and frustration pervasive in poor black
neighborhoods" (Miller, 2012).
In the early 1970s, musical pioneer Chuck Brown started to lie down the foundations of what is now
called go–go music. The music was "driven by teenage musicians and audience members, the music
was heavily inspired by funk, blues, soul, and salsa" (Reynolds, 2015). Go–go is typically
identifiable because of its syncopated polyrhythms and the use of multiple percussion instruments.
Initially, ""go–go" was the term used to identify the place where young people were partying"
(Reynolds, 2015). Eventually, the music itself took on the name and

Why Go Back To School Is Important
First I wold let them know that I chose to go back to school not them and that I want to make a
better living for me and my kids. Then I would let them know that I have to set aside the going out
and traveling for a while at least till I get the hang of everything, I have three kids I tell them
everyday that school is important because without reading, writing, and arithmetic. You will need
these three things in order to complete schooling. I also state to my kids that If you do not graduate
from any schooling that it may or may not be easy to find a job. Most people that don't complete
school only get the basic essentials when they return then they go on to college. I just want what's
best for me and my kids.
Its good to have a good support system behind you because if not you will lack the responsibility of
what you need assistance with. Some friends do not understand that you have to put some things on

Quit Your Job And Go Back To School
He set his jaw and never cracked a smile. He looked at me, eye–ball–to–eye–ball, and said, "Quit
your job and go back to school." I couldn't stop laughing. During the early 1990s, I worked as a
fulltime employee at Howard University Law School. As a faculty secretary, I edited law professors'
book manuscripts. I loved raking in my own bacon, and when my husband suggested that I quit
working, just to sit inside a classroom, I thought what he said was a joke. I chuckled and I waited for
his exuberant smile, but no smile that day. I replied, "What! Are you serious?" He said, "Yes, things
will go better for you if you got your college degree." Although I attended a community college
after high school (in the 1980s), at age 33, I thought my days to chase higher education were far
gone. To stand firm upon what I thought, I was determined to dismiss any ideas to sit inside a
college classroom. The same day my husband wanted me to stop working (August 1997); he let me
tag along with him as he drove me to my job. The summer morning's aroma of fresh green grass
flooded the air. I could feel the hot sunlight, as the rays beamed down upon our car. While we fought
our way through rush hour traffic, we finally arrived at my job's main turning entrance. Before I

once married to my children's father for 20 years. My ex–husband was always the bread winner for

All had been going well, and then I found out again I was pregnant with another girl. I was a bit

didn't matter because we had fought bigger storms than that and managed to make it through. I
loved my husband and what he wanted pretty much made sure that I complied with it. Our family
was expanding and I was happy and I felt great about it. Then sure enough, two years later I had my
sixth child. It was another girl and that was my true blessing, because I wasn't ready for her and I
had considered having an abortion. I asked Maurice to take me to get an abortion in St. Louis
because I was so far along I had to go out of state to where they could meet my needs. We arrived at
the clinic and I just couldn't do it. I had prayed about it and I just could not go through with the

How To Go Back To School
School supplies and new clothes tend to be top priorities of parents when the back to school season
arrives. There's a sense of relief that the kids will get back into a normal routine and parents often
need a break from entertaining the kids. Although vacations are nice, they tend to take a lot of time
and effort to plan. In fact, people often state they need a vacation from their vacation. Now is the
time to start preparing children for a new school year and following are some of the Best Ways To
Get Your Kids Ready To Go Back To School.
Establish A School Routine
Parents often let their children soak up every last moment of fun when summer ends. Sadly, most
moms and dads don't establish a school routine until school actually starts, yet doing so remains one
of the best suggestions on how to get your kids ready for school in 2015. Parents need to do this two
to three weeks before classes being, however, and have children get up and leave the home in the
morning. Doing so makes it much easier on the first day of school, as the child have already
adjusted to the earlier times. Doing so helps to reduce anxiety, confusion and uncertainty in children

Parents need to act quickly to ensure their children get into the programs they desire. In addition,
parents often need to provide certain documents for these programs, and a guide to family health
becomes essential at this time. Waiting until the last minute leads to unnecessary stress for all. By
making these arrangements early on, parents often find it is easier to obtain any needed supplies for
the program, such as a uniform for a program involving karate or art supplies for a drawing
program.

I Should Go Back For Med School
"You should go back to med school" is a statement I 've been hearing for years. Deciding to apply is
not a decision i have taken lightly. This isn't a choice that came about from a burning desire to be a
Doctor since a young age, or some tragic life changing event. This has been a decision based on
professional interactions, research and personal experiences that keep pointing me in the same
direction. RN school, my job as hospital tech, and my current job in the ED have given me great
incite to the world of medicine. Before stepping into this world, i was a waiter and it was at that job
i realized how important short interactions with people can be. It 's the smaller gestures and the way
you present your self that can make the experience that much better for the customer. As i
transferred my career to the bedside, i began to see how important taking your time, speaking
calmly, allowing time for the patient to take in what you just said, and sometimes just listening is. I
've witnessed some of the most brilliant minds in medicine have awkward, rude, empty and short
interactions with people. I don 't think this was done out of malice or discontent but more a lack of
social knowledge and what it means to truly encompass the multifaceted skill it is to "treat the
patient." No patient is going to remember what antibiotic you gave, but they are going to remember
you sitting at the bedside and explaining to them why it is important to subject their sick

  • 3. I Have A Pretty Good Life I have had a pretty good life. I was born healthy and I have friends, family, and everything I really need. I'm a petite, sixteen–year old, white, girl with deep brown eyes and golden brown hair. For the most part, these are things I cannot change. I have a complex and colorful personality with a depth that most people hardly see. Who I am comes from all the people I have met, all the places I have been, and all the times I have had to restart. I did not get to have a say; it was decided for me my entire life. This was my seventeenth time restarting and I struggled with the idea of having to rebuild comfort in the presence of new people. My voice must have been on mute because not one of my opinions was heard in a decision that was mine ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... I found myself very busy but very successful there. I really felt important and secure in this place where I finally belonged. I had a good amount of friends, amongst my peers and teachers as well. It was my own fault for getting used to the comfort of familiarity. It was my own fault for choosing to be miserable and bitter about losing this comfort. It was not my fault that I had to leave though. Life is like a bright light in a dark room in the sense that you can chose to look at what's illuminated or you can focus on the shadows surrounding it. I focused on the shadows and felt that light grow dim and blurred as darkness swallowed me. Despite all of this inner pain, that stemmed from multiple sources, I masked everything with a smile and a lot hiding. Sleep was my escape from this new, and temporary, living arrangement. I quickly got used to turning my thoughts off and numbing my mind with any distractions I could find. Food and the internet were vices that I used to save my sanity. I overindulged in both of these and lost all respect for my body and it's health. It was more of a painful, waking, coma than living. I could find no pleasure or beauty in life. I was drowning in instability and insecurity so I searched for answers to end my suffocation. Truly, that was my life, at that point, through my eyes: I was bonded and suffocating. • 5. I Go Back To May 1937 Summary It's clear to whoever is reading, I Go Back to May 1937, written by Sharon Olds, that the author of the piece mustn't have had the easiest early life, and upon further investigation those assumptions are proven. After years of denial, Olds began starting to admit that her pieces were reflections of her own feelings and experiences as she got older. The fact that her poems are based on personal events make them even darker and harder to read. Olds grew up in an extremely conservative household run by her alcoholic father. Singularly those two things are what nightmares are made out of, but put together it seems more like Hell. Which, considering how religious the leaders of the household were, is rather symbolic. • 7. Everyone Should Go Back To College Everyone has busy lives especially those that daily, are juggling more than one task. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the life of a college professional, or someone who attends a job while going to college. Many struggle going to long work weeks to be able to afford their bills while they also going to school for hope of a better future. This is something relatable to a great deal of young Americans, and something that is becoming more common place in our older generations that later in life are choosing to advance their education. Between the exams, essays, late nights and long days how does one have time to forgo all these proceedings while simultaneously maintaining a social life? As impossible as it may sound it is achievable with the right tools, mindset and dedication. I am personally a part time student that normally attends three classes a semester and work a full–time job at an Amazon Fulfillment center that sometimes ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... People should look to their peers, family, professors and advisors for the tools to be able to surmount such a task. There are many options available for those who wish to go back to school or those students who need some extra cash. It is very important to use the resources that are provided and to take every opportunity to be able to better ourselves. If we look to the past to see how others have achieved their goals, we can learn to be able to accomplish such affairs ourselves. With a little hard work a seemingly impossible task starts to become realistic with the outlook of a better future. I consider going to school is important but shouldn't come with the sacrifices of always being broke or never moving out. I would want to wish everyone the best of luck and to know that it is entirely possible to be a successful student professional with ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 9. Never Go Back Stereotypes Jack Reacher: Never Go Back (2016) has all the staples of a cliché action film. Car chases with gunfire, check. Villains killing in the name of profit, check. Witty one–liners before epic scenes, check. It has the plot sequence of a cookie cutter action film and like so many other action movies, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back is clearly gender biased. Jack Reacher, the main protagonist, is an ex– military loner played by Tom Cruise. Suddenly, Army Major Susan Turner (of course, the lead man's love interest) is arrested for treason. Reacher comes to the rescue, uncovers a conspiracy with a military contractor, and saves Army Major Susan Turner. Even on the surface, it is a movie that has overtones of sexism, a message that reads: "even a highly successful woman requires a man." Delve deeper, action movies for generations have ingrained restrictive roles for women to society. In 2016, only 27 percent of the dialogue came from women in the top ten highest grossing movies (Syfret 1). Yet, speaking less often in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Script writing involves the most precise use dialogue and action; a great writer can reveal the history, flaws, and personality of a character. The opening scene begins with police surrounding a rural gas station due to a brawl incited by Jack Reacher leaving a multitude of men injured. As it turns out, the police were kidnapping illegal aliens and selling them. In the background, the audience can see Hispanic women covered in blankets fleeing the interior of the gas station. As federal agents surrounded the building rounding up the corrupt policemen, Jack Reacher remarks, "If it were up to me, I'd just kill you." The CEO of Rose Medical Center became aware of this and informed me that I could certainly have his job one day, but I must first go back to school and get my Master's degree. He is not the only person that has hounded me about going back to school. Many other managers, administrators and even family members have said the same. Clearly they see something in me that I had not quite yet see in myself. I think I am finally coming to the realization that if they think I can obtain a Master's degree, then I certainly possess the skills, knowledge and motivation to go back to school. • 15. Reasons To Go Back To School Making the choice to go back to school as an adult can be both exciting and intimidating. Many adults are nervous that they don't have time or won't be able to keep up with the material. However, succeeding at school is about dedication, persistence, and hard work, not your age! Here are 8 great reasons to go back to school as an adult. 1. More career options Career advancement is probably the biggest reason that most adults consider going back to school. Perhaps you started your bachelor's degree right after high school but were unable to finish. Or, maybe you did finish but would like to continue to get a master's degree. Either way, securing these degrees will open the door for many career opportunities. In this competitive job market, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Learning about new technology, gaining professional certifications, and forging new connections are all possible when you go back to school. 3. Personal satisfaction There is nothing quite like the feeling of holding a diploma in your hand from a university to let you know that you've achieved something. If you've faced challenges in life in the past, achieving this type of goal is great way to boost your confidence in yourself and prove to yourself that you can handle a challenge. 4. For your family If you aren't going back to college for yourself, there's a good chance you're doing it for your family. Many parents go back to school to set an example for their children or to keep a promise to their parents. Naturally, your family will also benefit from the greater career opportunities you'll gain. 5. Expanding your perspective Education shouldn't always be viewed in strictly practical terms. Sometimes, education for its own sake is just as valuable. If you've always wanted to learn more about art, languages, or history, a college education is a great way to do it! Immersing yourself in learning is a great way to challenge your own perspectives and grow as a

It's Joy, and she sounds upset." As I came downstairs to pick up the phone, I was not happy. I was tired and had looked forward to a nice quiet evening at home, not another stupid adventure with Joy. Thirty minutes later, however, Joy's silver Mustang convertible swung into our driveway, and Joy was leaning on the horn before the car came to a full stop. Grabbing my coat from the couch, I walked out my front door with all the enthusiasm of a man going to stand before a firing squad. I get in the car and Joy looks like she just saw a ghost. "Joy what's wrong? I ask, "Are you ok, you seem like you just seen a ghost." Joy shouts "No Matt I'm not ok, there has been a serious murder in our area recently, actually a couple blocks away from my house, and they still have no clue who did it, and why they did." I stare into blank space, and zone out for a bit, not hearing a word Joy says to me. "HELLO, Matt!" Joy screams, "Do you even care!" "Yea I do care." Joy replies "Well it doesn't really seem like it, and why are you smirking It's not funny!" "I'm not laughing about the murder Joy, I just thought of something funny" Joy replies in infuriating anger "NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO THINK OF SOMETHING FUNNY, THIS IS SERIOUS MATT!" It's nighttime out at the 2017 Fulton County Fair. Groups of people are lining up to get into the fair for the Loverboy and Survivor Classic Rock concert. A few hours later the concert will be over and people will be going home. That means it's time to pull the "money trick" on people as they leave the concert later. My friends and I are at a party at my cousins camper. "Hey guys!" said my cousin nick and all his friends. "Hey," me, Gracie, Bekah, and Kenzie said. As they were walking towards us you could hear the loud slurping of them all drinking their milkshakes. Nick introduced me, Gracie and Kenzie to all his friends. His friends names were Brock, Payton, Ethan, Cody, and Trey. After we all introduced ourselves to each other we walked over to a big area with bases. "Who should be on each team," Nick asked. "I don't care let's just make them even," Gracie said. We all divided ourselves up into teams and started playing. My Team was in the field while Nick's team was up to kick. Nick was the first kicker up, and I was pitching. Gracie, Kenzie, Cody, and Ethan were behind me getting ready for Nick to kick. I pitch nick the ball then "wham!" Many Bhutanese people lose their hopes of returning back to Bhutan and decided to immigrate to the United States with the help of International Organization and Immigration agency in Nepal. Culture, religion, and land were the most important reasons for them, but the Bhutanese government did not let them in. Go Back To California Essay According to this week's lecture, this topic covered the significance of California, why is it a diverse state, and how does it attract many people from outside of California. Throughout this main idea, California is a number one largest history in the United State and this what brings people from others including outside of the country to explore California. California has been important through the huge change in this state that everyone had notice way back from the past and many great places to visit. From the reading, "Notes from a Native Daughter" by Joan Didion, she states that "Going back to California is not like going to Vermont, or Chicago; Vermont and Chicago are relative constants, against which one measures one's own changes" ... Since I am a nature loving person, I enjoyed going to places that are natural and far more like Yosemite National Park. And I realizes there are also changes in that area. This is why I'm currently majoring in Evolutionary Biology and Ecology so I can earn my chance to visit new places where I wished to go in the future as I have a great career in life and share it with my family and friends. Also, I'm enjoying taking photos based on nature everywhere I go alone, with friends and family. There was one time was made a bike trip from UC Merced Campus to the Universal Service Recycling Merced all alone, it was a twenty miles trip. I literally rode straight on Lake and this is the place where I admired, so I took most my snapshots. So far I have taken photos of the Snowy Sierra Mountain, a campus that was a distance, and a snapshot of beautiful farmland area. And then when I went back to campus, I show to most of my friends and they are really interested and know how I'm really into nature and traveling. I found that was one of my memorable time that I did when I actually came to Merced. I felt Merced is a lot different than when I used to live before which is the Bay Area. I wanted the entire experience; the dorms, the parties, the activities on the campus, and club. Never thought it would be something that actually helped me. Now, sitting here 20 years later I realize the frame of mind wasn't there. • 34. How To Go Back To The Dominican Republic Dominican Republic Reflection I thought going back to the Dominican Republic for a second year would feel like being the parents on Christmas morning: you get to watch everyone else's reaction to the stuff you've already seen, and you just get to sit back and help throw away the wrapping paper. I thought I had, in a way, already had my transformative moment; I was there to see my Dominican friends again, to help my HGP friends experience the trip, and to do some good for the people of the Dominican Republic. Most of the week felt that way. I was still bonding and having fun with the kids, but it definitely felt like I was there to help more than to experience. I felt more emotionally protected, and it wasn't until I was saying goodbye ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... It's not something that can be quantified; I can't show you pictures of all the houses we built, or of the rainwater ditch we dug. I don't even think saying that the trip was life–changing does it justice, because the whole concept of "life–changing" is pretty cliché. After all, how could just two weeks in a country really "change your life?" Again, you kind of have to be there. So what makes this trip so unique? What's the takeaway? What did I really learn? Well for one, I can say that I have so much interest in and respect for Hispanic and especially Dominican culture. Hospitality, acceptance, kindness, and a welcoming smile are things that are certainly lacking in the states. It may seem insignificant, but there's something special about walking past a stranger, and not having to put your head down, make a stern face, and continue in a straight line. But I think the bigger lesson to learn, though, involves poverty and inequality of opportunity. Two years ago, I could have pulled up tons of statistics about poverty, and how poor the majority of the world is. The conditions that some people live under are really just cruel, but it's not the hut made from the leaves that's the cruel thing; it's our big houses, luxury cars, and designer clothes. Father Don said, "Poverty isn't when someone has no shoes and has to look to a superior to ask for shoes; poverty is when they ask, and the superiors don't give them anything." This really stuck with me. Poverty isn't ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Firstly, it had been six years since I had taken classes of any kind, and secondly, I had pretty much forgotten all the important courses that I learned in high school. You will always be learning something new, have new directions to explore, and new challenges to face when taking pictures. Every time I take a picture, I learn more about myself, what I value, and how I see the world. At a young age, I have always had an interest in pictures. I used to go through every single box of pictures in my mom and dad's closet. I would always go through them, remembering the moments of when the picture was taken. In the pictures I wasn't in, I would ask what was happening so I could place myself there and picture what I would have been doing at the time. I was intrigued with pictures because when I hold the photo in my hands, I could feel the emotion, memory and time in that moment. To my surprise, the pictures that were in the closet had helped shape a great hobby of mine. Growing up, I was not good at playing instruments, drawing or throwing a ball, but I was good at taking pictures. I 've been hiding in this closet for hours, and I 'm writing this in case I don't make it out of here alive. Every night for the past 2 weeks I 've been hearing noises, and 3 nights ago I saw it. I woke up to the noises as usual, but instead of finding nothing there, I saw a terribly gruesome figure. It seemed like it had been human at some point, but it were nothing but a rotting carcass now. That kinda made me feel bad for it, pitied it in a way, because It was deformed in such an agonizing way. In It must 've sensed my fear because it moved as if to launch itself toward me, and in fact, I was absolutely petrified. You may have been walking down the street in D.C. and heard people banging on trash cans and not even realized what kind of music it was. A Home to a well educated black middle class because of institutions like Howard University, DC, unfortunately, experienced a similar urban issue that was the same as with many US cities beginning in the late 1960s. After the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr., "the segregation–era black enclave around U Street was left gutted by rioters, a trauma felt through subsequent decades" (Miller, 2012). DC had an influx of black people and poorer people as the middle–class residents left for the suburbs. With a declining tax base, "the city's schools and service institutions could do little to counteract the atmosphere of hopelessness and frustration pervasive in poor black neighborhoods" (Miller, 2012). In the early 1970s, musical pioneer Chuck Brown started to lie down the foundations of what is now called go–go music. The music was "driven by teenage musicians and audience members, the music was heavily inspired by funk, blues, soul, and salsa" (Reynolds, 2015). Go–go is typically identifiable because of its syncopated polyrhythms and the use of multiple percussion instruments. Initially, ""go–go" was the term used to identify the place where young people were partying" (Reynolds, 2015). Eventually, the music itself took on the name and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 70. Quit Your Job And Go Back To School He set his jaw and never cracked a smile. He looked at me, eye–ball–to–eye–ball, and said, "Quit your job and go back to school." I couldn't stop laughing. During the early 1990s, I worked as a fulltime employee at Howard University Law School. As a faculty secretary, I edited law professors' book manuscripts. I loved raking in my own bacon, and when my husband suggested that I quit working, just to sit inside a classroom, I thought what he said was a joke. I chuckled and I waited for his exuberant smile, but no smile that day. I replied, "What! Are you serious?" He said, "Yes, things will go better for you if you got your college degree." Although I attended a community college after high school (in the 1980s), at age 33, I thought my days to chase higher education were far gone. To stand firm upon what I thought, I was determined to dismiss any ideas to sit inside a college classroom. The same day my husband wanted me to stop working (August 1997); he let me tag along with him as he drove me to my job. The summer morning's aroma of fresh green grass flooded the air. Before I stepped outside of our car, my husband reiterated what he originally said, "After my numerous years of being outside the classroom, I should consider tapping ... I am also the youngest child of four and the light of my mother's eyes. I was once married to my children's father for 20 years. All had been going well, and then I found out again I was pregnant with another girl. I was a bit surprised because the other children had pretty much been planned, but now we were on our fifth child and the raise my husband had received was now starting to leave with all of our children. It didn't matter because we had fought bigger storms than that and managed to make it through. I loved my husband and what he wanted pretty much made sure that I complied with it. Our family was expanding and I was happy and I felt great about it. Then sure enough, two years later I had my sixth child. It was another girl and that was my true blessing, because I wasn't ready for her and I had considered having an abortion. I asked Maurice to take me to get an abortion in St. Louis because I was so far along I had to go out of state to where they could meet my needs. We arrived at the clinic and I just couldn't do it. I had prayed about it and I just could not go through with the abortion. I'm glad that I didn't, she is just amazing to me. However, things were starting to change all over again for my husband and myself. Maurice was back to his old tricks of physically abusing me and cheating. I was home with the kids one day and one of his mistresses had come by our house looking for him. I was livid and mentally crushed after the lady had told me she was sleeping with my husband. When Maurice came home I told him what had happened and of course he wormed ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

This isn't a choice that came about from a burning desire to be a Doctor since a young age, or some tragic life changing event. This has been a decision based on professional interactions, research and personal experiences that keep pointing me in the same direction. RN school, my job as hospital tech, and my current job in the ED have given me great incite to the world of medicine. Before stepping into this world, i was a waiter and it was at that job i realized how important short interactions with people can be. It 's the smaller gestures and the way you present your self that can make the experience that much better for the customer. As i transferred my career to the bedside, i began to see how important taking your time, speaking calmly, allowing time for the patient to take in what you just said, and sometimes just listening is. I 've witnessed some of the most brilliant minds in medicine have awkward, rude, empty and short interactions with people. I don 't think this was done out of malice or discontent but more a lack of social knowledge and what it means to truly encompass the multifaceted skill it is to "treat the patient." No patient is going to remember what antibiotic you gave, but they are going to remember you sitting at the bedside and explaining to them why it is important to subject their sick grandmother to more ...
