followed by the schools or the government. These policies are guidelines are important to 
the teachers to identify their rights, duties, obligations, incentives as well as their 
limitations.
Reflections 
 Reflect on the policies and guidelines that concern the teachers. 
 I realized that being a professional teacher will take most of my time and energy but with 
focus and determination I know that I can overcome the challenges that lie ahead. 
 Express your insights and feelings regarding the demands of being a future 
professional teacher. 
 The policies and guidelines concerning the educators will help the teachers to understand 
their rights and obligations. As a teacher it is important to not only memorize those 
policies and guidelines but to understand them as well.

Reflections  Reflect on the policies and guidelines that concern the teachers.  I realized that being a professional teacher will take most of my time and energy but with focus and determination I know that I can overcome the challenges that lie ahead.  Express your insights and feelings regarding the demands of being a future professional teacher.  The policies and guidelines concerning the educators will help the teachers to understand their rights and obligations. As a teacher it is important to not only memorize those policies and guidelines but to understand them as well.
