1. MAKING PROCESS
The whole process was very different compared to everything else that we have done yet. All the groups had four people each which was easy to cooperate with, this was easy for us because we all listened to one another and respected each other’s ideas.
What I had to do in the group was to make the models prepare the sets and go with the production schedule that we have done as a group. I had to make the models most of the time but I had the help from Logan and Rajan which was really useful. But i had to help khatra most of the time with the sets which was really important and which had to look the best out of everything. Also I had to do the health and safety guidelines from the risk assessment which was important. Each of us had to follow that, especially I done that by reading the risk assessment and also by being careful with the plastacine whilst making the models.
There were a few of the problems one of them was that on the first place we struggled making the models but then when we learnt how to make them the model parts were constantly start breaking off. So we thought we had to make them stronger so we added more plastacine and made it thicker. The other issue was that we also faced problems with time keeping so because of that me and my entire team had to stay behind for a long period of time.
Throughout the whole process of making this animation I’ve learnt a lot of skills that will help me in my future. Some of them were working as a group, How to edit a stop motion animation and etc, how to work with plastacine also how to react to different types of situations. But i can say we had a lot of fun doing this unit and we also succeed making a wonderful animation which was known as the ‘Ancient Pyramids’.
