With the growth of mobile sites and mobile site usage, it’s become crucial that you have a simple navigation. People don’t have time to navigate through your site and wondering around trying to find the information they’re looking forMake it easy for your visitors to find: Your phone number, Address,Email,Information about your services,Have important information always visible
  3. For a long time, the rule was people would wait eight seconds (“eight-second rule”) before they’ll leave your site. Nowadays, however, this has come down to three seconds. If your website takes longer than three seconds to load, you will find your visitor at your competitor’s website. Also, going back to my previous point regarding mobile devices, it’s highly likely that your visitor is looking at your site from a mobile device, which is 90% of the time connected to a slow 3G connection.I’d recommend testing and timing your website speed. See how people connected to a 3g network sees your site. If your site is running slow, you need talk to your web master as there might some technical reasons why it’s happening.
