To provide easy and user-friendly Student and Tutor interactive system

The Student and Tutor portal is built for the purpose of fast, easy and user-friendly access

Hardware Requirements:
Operating System : Microsoft Windows.
RAM : 256 MB or High.
Hard Disk : 40 GB or High.
Time Constraint:
The process of making a student and tutor interactive system is quite time-consuming due to
its advanced features but with the adoption of new technologies it has become quite easier
and simpler. The time taken is almost 2 days including necessary information gathering,
developing and implementing.
Knowledge Gained:
Bydevelopinga necessary student and tutor portal system we have learned how to use
sustaining technology in up-bringing new technologies into existence which can contribute to
a better living. Practically working with technologies which we have already learnt can make
2. to explore different dimensions of the technologies and the areas that need gradual
improvement.

Work Shared & Knowledge Gained:
The work is shared equally and mutually. The code writing, abstract, article writing, module,
power-point presentation and video making are done by sharing ideas. Everyone in the team has
equal importance in doing minor to major work in this project.
The majority of contribution is done by Ch.Sandhya Rani and J.Sai sree for coding and
implementing, A.Siris Vijaya contributed in writing articles, R.S.Supriya contributed in Abstract
and power-point presentation making, and B.sandhya contributed in video making.
The knowledge gained in this project is highly useful in building new technologies, and
providing a better scope for new employment and technology generations. In the future we
would like to contribute much towards developing educational portals highly useful to students.
Abstract:
Developing online tutors to promote a greater count of students to splurge into the field of
education. It integrates the benefits of a physical classroom with the convenience of a ‘no-
physical-bar’ virtual learning environment, minus the commuting hazards and expenses. It will
usher in the immense flexibility and sophistication in the existing learning platform structures,
3. with the perfect blend of synchronous and asynchronous interaction. It provides a
means of collaborative e-learning for the students.
This online application enables the end users to register online, select the courses, read the
course and gain knowledge. The candidate should take courses sessions in a particular sequence
and also he can attempt the next session only if he has completed the previous one. The date of
the registration, user details etc. are stored in the database.
Existing System
Manual system involves paper work in the form of maintaining various files and
manuals. Maintaining critical information in the files and manuals is full of risk and
a tedious process. Including a framework showing how to apply Internet technology
progressively as skills and confidence grow, the project demonstrates the route from adapting
materials to developing an online education.
Nowadays, when people are not having time to visit an institute. Therefore, the software is
designed to provide the education through Internet. The project “online tutor” helps the common
world in any field they are to get the knowledge what they want even sitting at there places. This
helps them to spare time in their busy schedule and save their time during transportation.
Proposed System
Tuitions through the internet, network and a computer is online tutor. This helps in network
enabled transfer of skills and knowledge. Online tutor refers to use of electronic applications and
processes to learn. This is a web based application which can be hosted in the website of any
training institute. The students will be able to register online, read the course material.
Certificates also will be issued online.

1.Module Description:
This module consists of registering the participant details inorder to login.The exsisting
parcipant can directly login along with userid and password and view the course details. If it is
new participant they should register their details with userid and password.The details of
participant will be maintained by the database.
2. Participant Module:
In this module, participants from different locations interact with the instructor simultaneously
through online mode in real time.After registration they can login and view the course details
inorder to buid their carrier.They can select any course and enrolled the course by registering
5. their details.The Course enrolled can be viewed by the participant and they can edit. Participant
can view the course material and learn through online.
3. Guide Module:
In this module, guide view the participant registration, course enrolled status and participant
doubts. The participant can clear the doubtsby choosing the domain and entering the question.
The guide view the participant doubt and sends reply according to the queries.
