In this role of manager, he is receiving and
giving the information(both the organization &
out side the organization)
There are three types of information roles
A.MOTIVATEING ROLE;
In this role of manager, collect information
about those factors which affect its activities
B.DISSEMINATOR ROLE;
Distributes and pass information to its sub
ordinates

3.DECISION ROLE
Managers make decisions, in this role managers perform four roles
1.ENTERPRENEUR ROLE: (managers make decisions in this role)
The managers assumes certain risk which is involved in terms of the outcome
of an action
2.DISTURBANCE HANDLER ROLE:
Problem like strikes by employees, shortage of raw materials and employee
complaint
3.RESOURCE ALLOCATION ROLE:
In this role manager allocate resources like human, physical and financial
resources to various departments (or) organizations according to their needs.
4.NEGOTIATION ROLE:
The manager negotiator with various groups like share holders ,employees&
out side agencies
