BASIC RULES OF EATING
PATTERN
– HOW ?
– WHAT ?
– WHEN ?
– WHY?
HOW TO EAT?
– AS ancient quotes say, food be chewed 24 times in mouth before swallowing, When
food is chewed with saliva digestion starts from the mouth, 50% of work should be
done in mouth in order to have a proper digestion.
– Sitting on the floor :This helps in proper digestion to take place
– Food IS transformed to energy its actually interrelated so in order to get proper
amount nutrition in food that we eat “eating habits to be mentally connected”
– Drinking water between meals is strictly “No No”
– Eat consciously
Food and energy
– Positive pranic food :The energy will reverberate in a dynamic
way to the body eg:Ash guard ,pepper, honey
– Negative pranic food: It takes away energy and causes deviation
in energy from the body eg :Asfoetida,garlic, onion,tea ,coffee
– Zero pranic food :
– It can be bring lethargy to the body.
– Food should based on needs of the body
– Food should be by choice do not make it as compulsion
WHAT TO EAT?
– Basically balanced vegetarian diet includes protein, carbohydrate, fats etc eating
whole grains and pulses and fruits helps in building proper body
– EAT RAW: Every vegetable if its eaten in raw condition we get proper amount of
health benefits
– Eat freshly cooked food
– Eat local foods
– Stop overeating :In order to allow YOUR body to cleanse and purification must
be done internally
– Food that we eat should not cause lethargy to our food
WHEN TO EAT ?
Digestion is largely depend on sun ,its believed that healthy human on average needs
only 2 full meals in a day
– Specific window between meals highly recommended (6 hours)
Eat like a king in morning
Eat like a prince in afternoon
Eat like a pauper in night
Food should be satvik DO NOT TAKE high amount of salt,sugar , high spicy ,too hot or
cold
Take food when you ae hungry not to satisfy your taste buds(only if you are hungry)
Soulful living
