So as not to lose them, we came up with the concept of “ Living the Limit ” .. it uses the potency of the Technical Limit approach but recognises the concerns expressed about “ being practical ” . So, let ’ s focus on doing the absolute best with what we ’ ve got (People, Planning, Technology) and set our sights on “ what we might get ” . This lets us look at the very best outcome using the current set-up whilst setting the challenge to identify the value and the gap of making improvements to our set-up.
