This approach states that all our behaviour is determined and shaped

7. Psychoanalytic Approach
People could be cured by making conscious their unconscious
thoughts and motivations, thus gaining insight. The aim of
psychoanalysis therapy is to release repressed emotions and
experiences . They considered the concept of personality.
8. Cognitive Approach
The cognitive approach attempts to apply a scientific approach to
human behaviour. It focuses on the way humans process information,
looking at how we treat information that comes in to the person and
how this treatment leads to responses.
9. Phenomenological approach
The phenomenological approach focuses on subjective experiences. It
is concerned with the individual personal view of the world and
interpretations of the events – the individuals phenomenology.
