1. Working Hypothesis and interpretation.
In life I believe that, jogging is a very common exercise. Nowadays, you can see
people jogging during day and night time. The main purpose of jogging is to
promote the healthy life.
2. Describe topic
Jogging is suitable for every age group. It’s good to increase the stamina,
endurance, metabolism and etc. For elderly can go for slow jog every day. It’s
help to strengthen the bones and decreased the heart disease risk and high
blood pressure. When you do jogging, you will surprise to know your body will get
fit. Recently, we can see a lots of young women are fall in love to jogging reason
being jogging is a cardio exercise as good and the fast way to loss the body
weight.
Jogging can helps to release the stress and get some fresh air will help you to
feel alive and awake.
Other than that, jogging is also good for family bonding. Nowadays, we can see a
lots of family seldom have time to communicate to each other due to the time
constraint. Hence, we encourage everyone to start jogging and bring along with
their families.
3. Action Sequences
*Shooting Location: Marina Bay Sand (MBS) and X-Fits Studio
*Shooting Time: Evening onwards (within 4.30pm – 7.30pm)
The facts we need to show the audience is environment of jogging in MBS & the
benefits of jogging.
4. Main Characters
*Person who jogging is Kris – the warm up exercise before and after jogging
and the scenery of the places.

-Dislike exercise
-Dislike perspire
-Lazy

*Jogging is an appealing exercise too because it doesn’t cost a lot to take part
and you can run in any time and any way that suits your time frame.

*The film ending will be the scenery in MBS with the slogan
