2. About Colt Moss
Colt Moss is a Certified Personal Trainer through the
American Council on Exercise (ACE), a TRX and cycling
instructor, and a Certified Lifeguard. Colt Moss played
soccer while earning his Bachelor's from Arizona State
University where he majored in History. He has surfed
his whole life and is an avid cyclist and boxer. Robert
specializes in functional programming, bodybuilding,
weight loss, metabolic conditioning, and movement
screening assessments. Colt Moss gets pumped up for a
workout by listening to Lean On by Major Lazer.
