From the very first time I entered to my critics room, I know
that she is an organized and effective teacher. Everyone knows for a
fact for a teacher that his/her personality could be reflected on
his/her room with the way he/she manages the room as well as
his/her students. And that is what I saw on Mrs. Arlyn F. Cabutaje.
Even before I witnessed how she employs discipline to her students I
know that she is the kind were fosters discipline and good moral
characters.

     Everytime we talk each other she always remind me this line
“patience, dedication and determination are the the things you
needed for you to become effective and efficient teacher in the
future” that’s why I’m so glad having her even in a very short time. I
actually proud to her    on how she handled the different attitudes
and abilities of her/his students. to her profession, she is the kind of
teacher that very serious to his/ her students.

     With the impressions of mine to her which were actually true to
her I somehow to be like her with how she owns the authority but
still observes and maintain the democratic climate between her and
the students.
