Rich Dubeau set a goal to gain weight and muscle by working out consistently in the gym for at least five days a week while also increasing his calorie and protein intake. He tracked his weekly weight and progress in a table and graph to ensure he was steadily gaining the desired amount each week to achieve his goal of increasing his weight from 150 pounds to 161 pounds. Through dedication to his routine and diet plan over multiple weeks, he was able to exceed his goal by gaining 11 pounds to reach a weight of 161 pounds.
2. My Goal I chose this goal because it was something I have wanted to do for a while. I wanted to get bigger and stronger all in one I took it week by week to accomplish my goal on time Made sure I was progressing steadily each week to make it possible Made sure I was getting in the gym consistently (dedication)

Steps/Routines Made sure I worked out and took protein a minimum of five days per week Asked my friend to lift with me to help motivate and support me On top of lifting I was eating as much food as I could to help gain weight and then transfer that into muscle Kept a table to see how I was progressing Homework sometimes made it a challenge
6. Results Although most people just say they accomplished it I actually did!!!! Started off somewhat slow, but in the end I made it and actually exceeded it by 1 pound Started at 150 and ended at 161!!! I honestly did not think I would accomplish this goal but just kept at it and made it! I was very excited about making this goal and will actually be setting another weight goal soon like this one since it worked
