Bread has been made since several centuries ago, in fact, is one of
the first processed foods in the human being history. We are talking
about the 8.000 B.C.
Since then, cultures have been improve its processes, behaviors and
its manners around the bread.

3. Bread is not a simple food today, easy to find and easy to do. Is a culture
nexus. One of the oldest common points across the cultures.
We just have to see how the host is in charge of share the bread in the
table. How our grandparents were bringing home the bread. As we
nowadays break bread with the most needy.
