• Variance analysis between Budget vs. Actuals, Actuals (corresponding period) vs. Actuals (Current period)
• Prepare timely & accurate provisions for Flash Report
• Comparison & variance analysis of the Flash report vs the Finals
• Prepare Income & Expenses Dashboard on a monthly basis
• Prepare Monthly Engagement Score Cards
• Perform in depth analysis of monthly P&L report for the Centre & come up with comments on performance &
profitability
• Prepare Headcount report with the monthly Utilization for different engagements of the Centre
• Prepare weekly Cost tracker for the Centre to review & control the Operational Costs
• Liaise with business heads and account managers of different departments to collect relevant information
Procure-to-Pay
• Ensure vendor setup, vendor payment and Vendor reconciliation
• Coordinate with procurement department for ensuring the release of PO within the approved budgets
