Selected Accomplishments:
• Led scope definition, estimation, and deal closure for a large M&A HR transformation effort for
Becton and Dickenson, a medical tech company over with 50,000 employees in 55 countries. Planned
and executed the implementation leveraging a team of 27 consultants delivering Workday Core HCM,
Compensation, Recruiting and integration to SAP based Payroll and other systems. Established
governance structure, and managed dependencies with new Payroll deployment, and the other
transformation projects. Responsible for the delivery of the project values $14M to achieve a
synergy target $30M to the client.
• Led the delivery Global Workday HCM implantation for AstraZeneca covering 72 countries for 90,000
employees. This big bang solution was delivered in 18 months, included 140 complex integrations to
multiple payroll solutions, in-house and external systems. With the majority of the client and vendor
teams distributed across the world managed the consultants, client and vendor teams from multiple
time-zones across the globe.
2. • Led solution definition, global roadmaps, business cases, implementation options, and product
selection for a global chemical company (DuPont), global manufacturing conglomerate (UTC), and
large defense corporation (L3 Communications).
• Engaged as a Technical Advisor to evaluate risks, issues, and devise mitigation strategies for multiple
on SAP Platform (Cargill, Georgia Paper, Coca-Cola, Philips)
• Closed sale and initiated the project, established the team, and governance model, for ann Enterprise
transformation project (HR, Finance, Supply Chain) for a large privately held manufacturer
• Led the technical work streams of multiple transformation efforts for Fortune 100 global
corporations;
• Finance Transformation of one of the largest insurance company (AIG Chartis – SAP FSCD)
• Enterprise Architecture transformation of one of the largest banks (Bank of America - SAP
FI, BW, BObj)
• Finance transformation of world’s largest retailer (Walmart – SAP FI/CO, BW) spanning
multiple years across the globe. Projects include;
