Job Tasks
♦ Participate in the establishment, implementation and reviewing of Quality
Management Systems for (Metro Train Units) according to the
Requirements Specifications for Quality Management Systems: ISO
9001:2008, the Technical Specifications, Standards, laws, other regulations
are sets in (Metro Train Units Section).
♦ Establish procedures, work instructions and forms used in the documentation
system for allover process take place inside the workshop.

3. ♦ Implement the internal auditing for quality management systems and follow up
its completion.
♦ Evaluate periodically the external and internal suppliers in cooperation with the
Departments of Procurement, Contracts and Technical office to approve the
suppliers.
♦ Participate in RAMS analysis and undertaking related activities.
♦ Failures and Defect Analysis periodically for Metro Train Units and participate
in developing solutions and proposals to prevent or reduce it by using "Quality
Improvement Tools" and appropriate statistical techniques, then report the

14001, OHSAS 18001 and applicable laws and other regulations at the
workshop.
♦ Organize and supervise day to day the HSE teams and thier activities to ensure
that all appropriate HSE features are implemented and incorporated into the HSE
requirements.
♦ Supervise and monitoring all the Maintenance QC Processes for the
subcontractors’ activities to ensures that they provide assurance on all the work
activities are performed in the workshop.
♦ Coordinate all QHSE related actions for Nonconformance report, audits and
closure of items.
