Plan less and Listen More.
Ask Open questions - for example, what would be the implication for
your business if this issue was resolved at a faster pace?
Ask one question – this seems obvious but it is easy to fall into the
trap of asking multiple questions in one.
Ask interconnected questions - have a conversation with your
customer
4. Everything I wish I knew when I was in
your shoes.
Collaboration is key – in class, outside and
online
In class build on each other’s ideas – are you someone’s customer?
Share your view
Outside – Share contacts, connection and customers – Do a couple
of groups have the same customer base ? Why not share?
Online – make a list with a link to everyone’s blogs – follow and
interact with each other.

your shoes.
