The graph shows the reading status of learners in English and Filipino, wherein male learners' reading level in English has
sixty-six (66) while in Filipino it has sixty-seven (67) frustration level; Female learners' reading level in English has
twenty-eight (28) while in Filipino it has twenty-nine (29) frustration level. It shows a higher number of male leaners
who are in frustration level compared to female learners. In instructional level, there were more male learners who are
in instructional level both in English and Filipino compared to female learners. In independent level, there were more
learners who are in independent level in Filipino than in English.

The Data shows that learners from Grades one to six were in story level and in
paragraph level. In word level, male learners have a higher number compared to
female learners. The same with the letter level, there were more male learners than
the female learners. There were lesser number of male and female learners who are in
beginner level.

increases accordingly every school-year.

The graph shows that the participation rate of Puerto Elementary schoolchildren were increasing
though in the school year 2015-2016 there were noticeable decreased of 77.52% from 85.43% of
the previous school year. It also shows the failure rate of the learners both in male and female.
Looking at the graph, failure rate of both male and female were decreasing.

The data shows that there were higher number of droup-out learners in the
school year 2014-2015. It also shows that in the succeeding years droup-out
rate both in male and female decreases.

The graph shows that the periodical test results from first to third quarter were increasing. It can be observed that first quarter periodical
test result has an increased of approximately four to five percent (4.0%-5.0%) in the second quarter periodical test result while in the third
quarter periodical test result there were about two to three percent (2.0%- 3.0%) increased.
