These Heavy Duty workbenches are made from extra strong long span components
with 19mm water resistant Structa-floorboard. Bottom shelves may be timber or
heavy duty powder coated drop in wire mesh. Standard workbench heights are

The selection of the correct castor for each application will ensure the best possible performance and durability.
Consideration should be given to the wheel diameter, tyre and hub material as well as fitting type.
WHEEL DIAMETER - large wheel diameters are easier to push and negotiate larger obstacles. Conversely
small diameter wheels are easily stopped from rolling when small obstructions are encountered. Essentially, a
castor should possess a wheel diameter in excess of 125mm if the apparatus to which it is fitted is moved often.
TYRE & HUB MATERIAL - all tyres will suit one purpose better than another - see the chart below to
determine which one you need.
FITTING TYPE - there are a number of fittings available to match different purposes. Plates are best for
higher loads and most extreme duty due to multiple fixing points (4). Bolt Holes are an economical and quick
method of attaching castors that will suit light to medium duty. Fitment is by means of a single bolt that closely
approximates the bolt hole size. Expanding adaptors lend themselves well to light applications where tube
steel is the main construction material. It offers an economical and quick attachment method. Downside is the
need for regular tightening to ensure trouble free service.

COLLAPSIBLE PALLET CAGE
The NS-PCT-02 Pallet Cage is designed for safe storage and
transportation of loose or packaged goods. The side panels are
mounted to a standard 1165x1165mm hardwood pallet. This cage can be
transported by forklift or pallet jack and can be stacked up to 4 high when
empty and 2 high when loaded. The front top frame and rear frame are
designed to swing outwards for easy access to goods within the cage, even
when stacked. The complete front and rear frames can be removed.

WP-N WORK PLATFORM/MAN-UP CAGE

ADJUSTABLE WIRE WALL SHELVES
The ABS Real Tuff shelves are designed to make cleaning a breeze. Not only are they
removable and dishwasher safe, you may clean them one by one without having to
dismantle the whole unit.
If air flow and strength are critical factors, then the Wire Shelves are ideal. With fully
welded steel corners, these wire grid shelves are easy to install and to keep clean.

adjustment increments, standard heights are 1200, 1800 or 2000mm
