Equipment Camera I have chosen to borrow a Cannon 700d
from my sixth form media department to
film my footage with.
I will use this every time I film.
Equipment Tripod I have chosen this because I would
like all of my shots to be steady to
avoid a ‘wobbly’ look that can be seen
as ammeter.
I will use this most of the time when
filming.
Equipment SD Card I have chosen this to store all of my
footage whilst I film
I will have this in the camera whilst
filming and then use it to transfer
footage from the camera to the computer
Equipment Lights I have chosen this because it will
help me to achieve the best quality
picture and ensure that there is
continuity with the lighting in each
shot.
I will use this when we are in
locations where I need to edit the
lighting such as dark rooms.
Equipment Microphone I have chosen this because I want the
dialogue to come through very clearly
without distracting background noises.
I will use this when filming any scenes
with dialogue in it.

footage from the SD Card onto the
computer.
I will use this when transferring
footage from the camera to the
computer.
Equipment Computer I have chosen to edit my short film on
the sixth form media department
computers as they have all of the
correct software.
I will use this when creating all of my
pre-production and all of my post
production.

useful when creating my pre-production
and any other useful documents within
the production process.

I have chosen this to edit my film as
I have previous experience using it
and know that I can achieve good
quality editing through using it.
I will use this when I do all of my
editing.

I have chosen this to create the
studio title logo as I have experience
with Photoshop and find it to be a
very useful tool for creating media
products.
I will use this when I am creating my
studio title logo.

I have chosen this because if I face
any problems with the sound quality in
my forage I can edit it with Audition
to ensure high quality sound.
I will use this when editing the sound
within my sort film

I have chosen this because it will
show who made the film (me) and will
also give a more professional look.
I will put this at the beginning of my
film. I will do this in the editing
process.

I have chosen this because I will
undoubtedly need to emphasise
particular sounds such as doors
closing, footsteps etc.
I will use these during the editing
process.
Assets Musical
score
I have chosen this because I think it
is important to include great music to
create a mood and atmosphere within
the film.
I will collect this before creating my
film and will use it in the editing
process.
