2. Once our music video was finished, we presented it to our class and handed
out some questionnaires in order to gain some feedback. We then selected a
few members of the class to be interviewed which consisted of some extra
questions and therefore we gained a wide range of feedback. Our class
members fit into the age category for our target audience (15-20) however
their personal preferences in music meant that some people that watched
the video did not fit our target audience. Moreover, we decided that was also
a good thing as we were able to see what other people outside of our target
audience would make of our video. We then asked another class to repeat
the same process whilst also asking some of the teachers to take part as well
giving us a wider demographic; by interviewing a teacher we gained more
opinions from different age ranges and personal interests in music.

3. Questionnaire
Here I have selected three examples of my questionnaire that were handed
out to students within our genre’s age range (15-20).
Each person felt that the music video suited the genre well and there were no
answers that suggested our music video was completely wrong for our genre,
however there was some constructive criticism that gave suggestions on how
to improve.
4. Social Media: Facebook
To obtain an even wider range of feedback we each shared our video on
Facebook in the hope that people would watch it and give us further feedback
by answering a survey through ‘Survey Monkey’ that I linked below the video.
Survey Monkey allowed us to create an online questionnaire that people could
answer by simply clicking on a link. People were able to answer box tick
questions and give comments if they wanted too, they could also choose to
remain anonymous which everyone did.
12. Through this process I have learnt how to collect data and
feedback sufficiently through the use of Social media,
questionnaires, and Survey Monkey. Our feedback has proven
that most people who watched our video fit our audience
demographic and provided us with positive feedback and
constructive criticism.
