7. Media studies Teen agers were kicking, punching, and throwing a puppy. It was only 2 weeks old. The police man that found the puppy plus the teens has adopted the puppy from SPCA. I think the punishment should be that each teen gets 2 weeks home detention and that the have to were a mussel for 2 weeks after home detention.
