service desk for any issues they were facing in the web sites.

Description The primary purpose of this project is to automate the loan processing. Basically it has 3
major modules like pre-authorization, Process and Final. Test cases were written for each functional
component in the application. The most important modules were Generating Decision documents using
the External component called ZOOT. Each test case was traced to business requirements and Use Cases
Specifications. The business requirements and technical specifications were traced to the respective test
cases. Test director was used as a central repository for storing & maintaining the test artifacts and also
as defect tracking tool.
