Description & Responsibilities The basic objective of this project is to automate the customer service and
collection process of Mercedes Benz Auto Finance Ltd. And Mercedes Benz
Leasing Company (MBAFC & MBLC).The main challenge of the project was to
develop the different complex processes in Very aggressive timeline. The key
objective of this project is:
• Automate and implement different complex business logic of MBAFC and
MBLC.
• Implementing Inbound/Outbound Call and SMS functionality with the
help of CPM framework.
• Inter relation between Customer Service and Collection processes.
• Synchronizing CMS (Client DB) and pega Tables to get proper business
data which further generate work objects automatically.
• Providing report viewing functionality for managers to track different
processes.

Client Description
Siam Commercial Bank is the leading universal banking group in Thailand, with the
highest market capitalization and the largest branch and ATM network. Since its
establishment SCB has dramatically transformed itself in a far reaching to an evolving
and increasinglycompetitive financial services landscape.
Project Description
The client wanted to develop an enterprise Lending Solution that will have the following
features: straight through process covering all retail Lending products and should
support Multi channel via web technology. It is developed on cloud technology. The
program is expected to cover all functions of an end to end lending process starting
from loan application, loan origination, processing, underwriting, closure, post closure
and disbursement. The program is being implemented in two major phases; the phase
1 is for Mortgage products and the following phase will cover other lending products like
car loan, credit card etc. The program also has a vast BRE component with
configurable complex business rules that will be managed by the business users once
the application goes live.

authority which shows some of the latest features of Pega v6.1. Application
includes Process Automation, various UI designs, graphs and charts, database
design and PRPC tables.
Process Automation, where Folder object and Work Object creation and
routing the work objects were done using flows.
Working with Agents during process automation.
Working with UI design, Portal design, activities to store data into PRPC
database, fetching data from DB, generating Excel and send outbound mails
with and without attachments.

CRUSE Next Generation (CNG) is a capability for Commercial Underwriting
that uses company financial statements in addition to internal information and
credit bureau data to bear the risk associated with high exposure accounts and
empower higher spend.
The CNG platform will:

Underwriters
B. Enhance customer satisfaction by engaging the customer during the

Responsibilities Project Description
Account Servicing Agent
Account Servicing Agents identify potential fraudulent auto dealers in system of record
(CLO) and flag dealerships. A case is then initiated real time to the Case Management
Solution via real time messaging.
These agents also have view only access into the Case Managementsystem to view
updates to cases.
Dealer Risk Investigations
The Dealer Risk Investigations group investigates the auto dealerships that have been
flagged by the Account Servicing group, by reviewing each of the individual contracts
that the auto dealer initiated. The Dealer Risk Investigations group will disposition each
individual contractas ‘Clean’ or ‘Confirmed Fraud’.
For those cases where all contracts have been dispositioned as ‘Clean’, the system will
call a web service to clear the contract hold on the dealer,providing the dealer ID.
For those cases where one or more contracts have been dispositioned as ‘Confirmed
Fraud’, the system will either write off the balance, initiate a repossession of the
vehicle(s), and possibly refer the case to a legal team if the sum of the contracts that
were confirmed as being fraudulentis over a certain amount.
Legal Agents
Legal Agents receives those cases that have been reviewed by the Dealer Risk
Investigation group where one or more contracts within that case has been
dispositioned as ‘Confirmed Fraud’ and the sum of those contracts is greater than a
configurable amount.
