Maintaining name and address information for principal accounts and interested parties.
Maintain margin, dividend and trade instructions associated with accounts; also update the
personal and confidential data for accounts. Maintain compliance profiles. Finally maintain
statement and year-end information and display comprehensive overviews of accounts (inquiry
only).The values of fields common to multiple screens automatically update the data in all
screens when a change is made to any one screen.
The Name & Address system provides owner records so that the same information can be
collected and stored for each owner on a brokerage account. The Owner Database allows you to
collect and store all necessary customer information for each account owner.

Description: Institutional Trade Management System (ITMS) is a real-time web based application. ITMS is
delivered in the Global Framework (GFW) container, and is used by Broadridge clients to
perform trade allocation management for their institutional client’s block executions. Although
the user base for the ITMS is largely institutional clients, it not necessarily restricted to that type
of client base. The ITMS application increases efficiency and lowers the risk for errors by
reducing manual processing.
ITMS provides the Vendor Interfaces, Auto-Matching & Auto-Booking, Validations, Real-Time,
Allocations, Executed Trades, Away Trade Entry/Executions, Account Setup. The ITMS system
transmits allocation trades to Broadridge. The allocation trades are posted automatically on the
back office system.

Description: The java remediation project, which is company-wide and covers all applications used by any
internal associates, has as its current and goal to enable an implementation of a minimum java
JRE version on a user’s desktop. The current minimum version is java 1.6 update 11 (hereafter
called 1.6.11).
Many past versions of Enterprise Auto Link and Payroll are currently configured to expect and
operate with a single defined version of the JRE, and in all such cases that single version is at a
lower level than 1.6.11. Therefore the task of this project for ADPI is to adapt and modify the
delivered code for those versions of Enterprise Auto link and Payroll so that use of 1.6.11 is
permitted and the application behaviour is compatible with that version. Additionally, the
solution delivered must also remove any dependency on the availability of the Oracle.com
website – this has been implemented already in the html pages used by most Enterprise clients
and therefore we assume does not present technical challenges.
The delivered solution must also ensure there is no dependency on the availability of any third
party website such as Oracle.com for access to the application

stop payment request, deposit forms etc…) in bank by online only. The customer gets the
