Description: The New SIPS Project aims at developing an e-commerce payment gateway, which will facilitate and
enable Siam Commercial Bank in the following. The Customers will be able to use Siam commercial bank Credit
Cards on merchant web sites to make payments for goods and services purchased over the Internet. The customers
maintaining accounts with Siam Commercial Bank will be able to use Direct Debit facility for purchase of goods or
services, by routing payment messages through the e-commerce gateway. The New SIPS system proposes to
provide on-line facilities for merchants to view reports and amend such transactions. The system also proposes to
provide SCB with the on-line monitoring tools, obtain transaction reports to control all payments originating from
merchant-based Internet facilities. The entire process will be completely on-line and integrate seamlessly into other
systems and applications with the bank for transaction generation, and other reporting.
