Message Settings<br />Message Settings:<br />You can assign responsibility for receiving messages to an individual staff member, and patients when sending a message will see the “Default name that appears on the portal”. <br />*Request Read Receipts: Will be sent to the Portal Inbox-letting practice know when client reads a sent message<br />
  5. 5. Email Settings<br />The email messages above can be automated to be sent to the patient. Templates for these messages are already built in. <br />Yes/No will enable/disable these messages from going out. <br />Settings is where the practice can customize the messages that go out to patients.<br />
  6. 6. New Appointment Settings<br />The office sets up times and appointment types available for patients to request via the portal. As well as which physicians are available for appointments. <br />*This feature is a part of MU <br />

New Appointment Settings <br />Continued…<br />It is very important that the practice adds their facility to the list otherwise patients will not be able to schedule appointments! <br />The check boxes at the bottom allow patients the ability reschedule and cancel current appointments. <br />
  8. 8. Lab Settings<br />Category of Test for Labs- allows patients to request a lab test. Acceptable data for this setting would be:<br />CBC, CMP, Lipid<br />*This feature is a part of MU <br />
  9. 9. Questionnaires<br />The Questionnaires setting allows the practice to upload forms for patients to fill out before coming to the practice. This can include (9 max):<br />Past Medical History, Family Medical History, Social History<br />The practice is unable to scan in current forms and upload. They need to design a questionnaire by going to (EMR Questionnaire Designer)<br />To create an Immunization form they need to go to (EMRImmunizationsImmunization form setup).<br />*This feature is a part of MU <br />
  10. 10. Menu Settings<br />The menu settings page lets the practice configure which fields they want displayed on the portal for the patients to see. <br />They will do this by either selecting Show or Hide<br />
  11. 11. Consent Form Settings<br />Consent forms allows the practice to create their Consent form that the patient will need to agree to when first using the portal.<br />
  12. 12. Welcome Settings<br />The Welcome Settings allows the practice to create the homepage when their patients first log in. They can free-type their message or copy and paste. <br />This will help customize their patients experience and welcome them to a whole new world of Healthcare Technology!<br />

New Patient Registration<br />New Patient Registration:<br />This is where the practice can choose what information is required by the patient when creating an account on the portal. <br />Once this information is input; when the practice preregisters the patient and all this information is migrated into the patient Hub in the Demographics section.<br />*The greyed out boxes cannot be modified <br />

  16. 16. Medical Report Conf.<br />The Medical Report Configuration allows the practice to choose what information the patient will have available to them for PHR (Protected Health Records) viewing purposes through the portal.<br />*This feature is a part of MU <br />

You can use the auto generated username and password or free type. You will also be able to Unlock patient account and Disable patients account once this is enabled. <br />
