AIMS The aims of this educational project are:
• To identify healthy habits and to promote them among students.
• To acquire healthy habits by recognizing and practicing them.
• To be aware of the importance of physical activity to acquire healthy eating and
hygiene habits.
• To know some general diseases related to unhealthy lifestyle.

Subject content: Healthy lifestyle and healthy habits
Vocabulary: healthy/unhealthy, food, saturated fats, carbohydrates,
minerals, proteins, sugary drinks, food flavours, gain/lose weight, fat,
thin, slim, vegetables, physical activity, etc.
