3. I. More than 180 students with special educational needs ( mental disability associated with deafness/
vision impairment/ motor disbility/ behavioral disorders/ autism/ Attention Deficit Hyperactivity
Disorder ) go every day to Center for Inclusive Education ”ALEXANDRU ROȘCA“ Lugoj .
The main goals established for this children are :
• Oportunity for school integration
• Life skills training
4. The collaboration between our school and other special schools or main schools / between our school and
local business, gives us opportunities for
educational partnership
( C.S. IOANA ANTIDA, CASA CLEMENTINA),
thematic visits (bakery, bookstore , library , S.C. HELLA, S.C. HONEY WELL) ,
work skills
( S.C. LUTELIER).
5. II. VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE FOR GRADUATES
Educational and vocational guidance has a set of rules, methods and techniques that ensure quality
education and training in line with the particular physical, physiological and psychological needs of the
individual.
The purpose of educational and vocational guidance is unlocking the potential of skills, interests,
aspirations and other psycho-behavioral particularities. Educational and vocational guidance of children with
special educational needs is established by committee of educational and vocational guidance, named by
the school inspector and the proposal of S.E.E.V.G. (Evaluation , educational and Vocational Service
Guidance) within County Resource Center and Educational Assistance.
Graduates of secondary school may:
• enroll in vocational schools , with or without internal commission's recommendation or with educational
and vocational guidance committee's recommendation (mild mental disability and moderate mental
disability)
• enroll in special vocational schools of arts and crafts, with educational and vocational guidance
committee's recommendation (mild mental disability and moderate mental disability)
Students diagnosed with severe mental disability have been enrolled in secondary school education.

Students, who graduated secondary school in a special school, had to give a
national exam , so they would be able to continue school.

Through out the internal evaluation committee, Center for Inclusive Education "Alexandru Roșca„
Lugoj has professionally oriented 11 of 20 students with mild mental disability (2015-2016 school year).
Being accepted in local vocational schools for the next school year ( 2016-2017), was a first step in
their social and educational integration. The next step, very important for this students with special
educational needs, was upgrading their educational and vocational certificate, with the opportunity for an
adapted curricula and a learning support from special teachers. Unfortunately, at this moment, only two
students have this type of certificate.
9. III. ALEXANDRU ROȘCA Association , LUGOJ belonging to School Center for Inclusive Education
,,ALEXANDRU ROȘCA’’ LUGOJ, was established in January 2016 .
The main goal of this association is protecting the rights and interests of persons with disabilities ,
increasing the quality of life and promoting their full inclusion and participation in community life .
In the near future, we intend to:
• create a strong relation with local labor market,
• establish new workshops, and
• organize exhibitions with the opportunity of sale.
