1. SITUATION ANALYSIS
SCENARIO 1:
 My first priority would be my E-learning. I would not leave my team members do all
the work alone but I would work till the end with them and finish my project first.
 I would ask my other cousins, best friend to take my cousin out and make him
familiar to Mysore, and also I would arrange for a tour and travel guide where he can
tag along with the other tourists and enjoy the city.
 In this way, I get to be committed and finish my work at the right time and also my
cousin’s sentiments are not hurt and he can travel around Mysore as well.
SCENARIO 2:
 There are 3 major points that will fix the situation that being:
 Communication: I will communicate this message to all my members that since one
person is taking the load of the other, the work should be delegated and distributed
equally and there should be free flow of communication and important message sto all
the members.
 Participation: I would ask everyone’s participation in the work as it is a team work.
 Contribution: All the members need to help each other to increase the effectiveness of
work and by contributing equally.
SCENARIO 3:
 Cheating is not an ethical method. So here I would take the following steps:
 I would ask the examiners to be lenient while checking Ramesh’s paper as he is
performing under stress.
 I would also give Ramesh a 2nd chance to give the exam in case he is unable to clear it
in first time so that its fair on both me and for Ramesh.
 But I would never encourage unethical ways like cheating. Career should never be
based on such acts.
SCENARIO 4:
 The target segment that FLIP could sell to could be:
 Fresh graduates or MBA’s who want to pursue their career in banking sector as flip
provides excellent e-learning courses on banking and finance fundamentals ,branch
relationship manager program.
 People who are already bank employees and are seeking for promotions and need to
enhance their knowledge with the changes in the particular sector.

2. Ans 1. Why do you want to join FLIP?
I would want to join FLIP for the following reasons:
 FLIP is a great venture where I will be able to challenge myself everyday. I come
with an open mind and fresh and creative new ideas which I sure can apply to this
company.
 E-LEARNING is an exciting area and FLIP is doing it brilliantly, also my interest in
finance can be well implemented in this role the company is providing.
 Also FLIP is one company that values the employees, also as mentioned in the ppt
that employee’s contribution is well appreciated and this will help me grow, enhance
my own skills and feel a part of the organisation.
Ans 2. What are the reasons for your suitability of this role?
 The supportive reasons to this answers are:
 I’m FLEXIBLE, ADAPTABLE AND AMIABLE PERSON.
 I have a creative thinking be it in simple classroom presentations or management level
competitions.
 I have great communication skills and ability to deliver the message across to the
small or large audience set.
 Also, I being a fresher I come with an open mind set and fresh new ideas which sure
can be applied in this great company FLIP .Also my keen interest in start up will be
fulfilled if I get to be a part of this company, as it will be the best ladder to enter the
corporate e-learning world.
