- Receiving inquires by phone, mail or fax.
- Making offer for customers and following up with them to receive the order.
- Checking whether the required order is in stock or not, if in stock I arrange with our stores
to deliver the items and arrange with our accounting department to make the invoice and
if the items are not in stock I book the items arrange with the
GM the shipment and the date for it.
- Revising the shipment after booking and before shipping either by air or sea or DHL or after
receiving the shipment I start to release the orders by priorities to the customers.
- Handling and solving customer complains.
