- Local Area Delivery
1. Receive and follow up the Purchase Order given by Customers by
write it down in Delivery Schedule and making the Memo Order to
ordering the goods to Production and confirming the schedule of
delivery with Customers;
2. Creating the Sales Order by input the Purchase Order given by
Customers in SAP system and follow up on it until the delivery time to
make sure the Goods arrive on time;
3. Receive and follow up complain from customer and inform it to team,
and give back the plan action to Customer to avoid same troubles are
appear in future;
4. Making weekly selling report based on quantity that already deliver
so all Sales can be alert of their monthly target
- Export Documentation
1. Receive and follow up the Purchase Order given by Customer by
making the Memo Order to Production team to produce the goods
and contact Liner / EMKL for asking schedule
2. Making the calculation for the Purchase Order given by Customer
with adding the schedule and estimate date of stuffing and ask
approval for it;
3. Creating the Sales Order by input the Purchase Order given by
Customer in SAP system with all complete data, cause EMKL need
complete data from us so they can easily create PEB (usually they ask
Invoice and Packing List and we can get that from system once Sales
Order already proceed);

4. Arranging the goods with all requirement that Customer request in
Purchase Order, if fumigation needed then arrange fumigation on
stuffing date;
5. Creating the Shipping Instruction and give it to QC Dept. so th can
create Certificate of Analyze;
6. Creating the Invoice and Packing List for making the Certificate of
Origin;
7. Checking the Bill of Lading data before give it for Customer checking
and approval;
8. Creating the Invoice and Packing List and send it to customer along
with Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analyze and Certificate of Origin once
the Vessel already depart;
9. Creating the export report so the sales can keep data for the selling
progress in every year;
10. Receive the Bill from Liner / EMKL and input it in SAP system so
Finance team can easily proceed the Bill and paid for it;
11. Receive and follow up complain from Customers and inform the
complain to QA and team, gather all information and give plan action
to Customer.

1. Follow up the Finalizing e-mail from Agent that there will be import
shipment then check in up on system;

creating the Invoice to customer, and making the daily Report as well;
o To fully contributes in continuing the sales lead and always give a value and
update information to Customer;
