It was conceptualized to address the issue of unemployment among campus graduates. The founder developed the site design and processes. Marketing efforts included cold calls, attending events, partnering with colleges and recruiters, and using social media. The site provides recruitment and career counseling services to both students and companies. The goal is to connect job seekers with opportunities at SMEs in a budget-friendly manner.
