OVER VIEW
The need to drive down carbon emissions coupled with
financial incentives like the Feed in Tariff(FITS) means that
not only can renewable make a return in terms of energy
savings and carbon reduction, they can also offer a
significant green income stream. This sector is expanding
rapidly with the commitment to reduce carbon emissions
and our reliance on fossil fuels. Huge investments are being
expended into the sector and there are existing prospects
for businesses to meet the growing demand. Renewable
energy technologies for both domestic and commercial
installations have become a huge growth market in the
global and discerning organisations are harnessing the new
found prospects in this market.
This programme will explain the fundamentals in a clear and
business focused manner, where the benefits of renewable
energy will be evaluated, including abatement of fossil full to
lessen the forcing of climate change, reduction in local
pollution, national and individual energy security,
employment and enterprise, sustainability and
environmental harmony.
