This document describes a 2-day course on effective negotiation skills to be held in Lagos, Nigeria from April 20-22, 2015. The course will teach participants negotiation approaches, strategies, and tactics to create win-win situations. It will cover topics such as identifying negotiation objectives and priorities, assessing bargaining strengths and weaknesses, and determining negotiation approaches. The goal is for participants to develop skills for successful negotiations. The course fee is 126,000 Naira per participant and is open to all corporate professionals.
