The main ingredients used in rice pudding
are:milk(1l),rice(150g),sugar,cinnamon
sticks(2 sticks),peel of a
lemon,butter(250g) and cinnamon.

5. Recipe
First,we take two pans,in one of them we put water
for cooking rice and in another pan put milk.When
the milk is hot we add sugar,cinnamon sticks and a
peel of lemon.Fifteen minutes later when the rice is
half cooked we add the milk with cinnamon,etc..
Five minutes later,when it´s cooked,you turn away
the rice pudding into small bowls and finally cast in
each bowl cinnamon for darnish.
