Prepare/undertake ongoing project feasibility analysis.
Finalize on the phasing strategy and its implications on the
development, design, construction and sales/leasing process and
thereafter implement the same.
Select and appoint the architects and the requisite consultants
for the Project on behalf and on mutually agreed terms with the
Land Owner.
Finalize on the public relations strategy and the selection,
appointment and implementation schedules.
Assist in the liaison with the financial institutions, sales/leasing
organization and marketing organizations, by providing all the
requisite inputs.
Finalize the marketing brochures, models and suites and
thereafter ensure the implementation of the same.

Statement of Purpose
Advise the Land Owner/ J V Partner on the development of internal
financial reporting systems, procedure and approvals and
implement the same
Finalize concept estimates and subsequently the project budget
and cash flow.
Finalize the review and analysis of the cost estimates.
Finalize on the appropriate cost control, payments and change
order procedures and systems.
Prepare financial tender analysis and devise recommend and
finalize in negotiations of various contracts and thereafter
implement the same.
Finalize the financial management of the consultants and
construction contractors and suppliers.
Making necessary recommendations for payments, change order
management, claims management and negotiation, cash flow
management and final payment and monitoring the same against
the Project budget.
Authorize of the measurements, scrutiny and recommendation of
the contractor’s bills for payment.

Undertaking a site analysis and advise on the impact to the
development strategy and proposed design.
Finalize on the Development, Planning, Approval Process strategy.
Assist in the co-ordination of the requirements with the relative
authorities and statutory bodies to implement both these aspects.
Finalize document control systems and implement the same.
Finalize the design management, quality review, build ability
analysis and evaluation of the design against cost, schedule and
program parameters; and implement these.
Finalize on the need for techno commercial and financial audits
and reviews.
Contract Management
Device & finalize the procurement strategy for design consultants,
construction contractors and other consultants including the pre-
qualification process, developing forms of contract and the
selection and negotiation of contracts; and implementation of the
same.
Finalize the need for early procurement of long lead items and the
appropriate contracting methodology and implement the same
Finalize the breakdown of tender packages, the appropriate scope
of services/contracts and the tender review, recommendation and
award process and implementation of the same.
Contract Management
Finalize tender packages, technical review and analysis.
Finalize and implement the aspects of the monitoring of site
inspection, quality control, off-site inspection, material approvals,
co-ordination procedures and final inspections.
Assist and advice in the monitoring of the approvals required
during the design process, construction and at handover stages.
Finalize in obtaining all as-built, operating manuals and guarantees
and warrantees from design consultants and construction
contractors and implement the same.
Devise, recommend and finalize throughout the management of
the design and construction contractors and supplies together with
cost, schedule and quality management through to handover to
tenants/occupier and implementation of the same.
Devise, recommend and finalize the negotiation of the contracts
and implementation of the same.
Customer Relationship Management
    Provide processes for CRM Service to the Client.


    Assist in providing processes for entire Back Office Support
    including Customer Files as well as Customer Account.


    Devise Processes to assist in the realization of the money raised
    through installments on time.


    Assist in devising processes for Updating of Customer Records.


    Help designing processes for customer handling.


    Helping customer for transferring the title in their favor.
