The 19th United Nations climate change conference concluded in Warsaw, Poland with no commitments made by countries to reduce greenhouse gas emissions after 2020 and no clear roadmap adopted for finalizing a global treaty in 2015. Oxfam director Winnie Byanyima criticized the conference outcome, stating that countries had found yet another way to say nothing.
