2. What is P21? P21 is a communication effort by the Holland BPW to engage the Holland Community in open and balanced discussions on the electric generation options available to Holland for its upcoming decision on base load generation.

7. On July 21, 2011 the maximum hourly Peak Demand was 225 MW. With a 12% reserve margin, that puts required capacity at 252 MW, putting current generation capacity close to maximum.

9. What are the goals of P21? Inform the Holland Community that a decision on base load generation is coming and needed. Provide open and balanced information on the key issues and topics surrounding the decision. Have Holland Business/Residential Customers contact their City Council Representatives and the BPW Board with their thoughts and opinions on what decision should be made.
