Monitor & Review Quality Management Systems, SOPs for flower Packhouse &
Compliance
Updating all customers Specifications & Internal Raw materials intake specifications as
well as compliance of products processed within the Packhouse.
Monitoring attendance & labour allocation to the Quality assurance team in the
Packhouse
Ensuring all Packhouse technical/Quality assurance records are up to date.
Prompt, Clear & Timely communication with the management and process operatives of
any non conformances that may affect the completion of daily packs/orders or which may
compromise the quality & safety of products
Identify Quality problems and report to the field, operations desk and Technical teams.
