3. Preliminary Project – Research & Planning
My target audience was for college
students. I made sure the topics revolved
around student life. Mostly targeted at
those living London and it mostly targeted
the black ethnic minority..
I had to make sure I included a grabbing
masthead and had cover lines that would
attract students into reading it. I made sure
my front cover was simple but catchy by
using a colour scheme and pictures. I made
sure language was coherent for students
I found that InDesign was useful for layout
of the contents page as it used margins and
columns to place everything neatly.
5. Reflections & Feedback
What would you do differently next time?
Maybe change the layout of my contents page, add something different or change the
layout of the text
What aspects of your understanding of Adobe
Photoshop & InDesign do you need to improve?
In Photoshop , How to airbrush and learn how the layers system works, also know how
to use effects on the font. InDesign I need to learn how to move object around and
how to insert columns.
