OFS has built a CMS which handles support for various highly rated customers for
SafeHarbor.
OFS has built a platform with many tools felicitating the overall process of CMS.
• A Knowledge Manage Application (KMA) uses Altova for XLML content edition
and embeds it to the KMA.
• It publishes with the help of another tool called Knowledge Web Service (KWS);
this tool holds the business logic of the application.
• It talks to the data base and Knowledge Directory Search (KDS) tool, which in
turn felicitates content searches within the site.
• CMS uses Web Self Support (WSS) to host the content in the hosted systems.
Content is primarily created in a XML editor, and then published on to various servers.
During the publication, content format changes from XML to HTML. It is so architected,
for quality and security purpose, different servers were introduced during the stages of
transportation. Content is published at the hosted system from the server through JMS
technology (Messaging System).
