a school counselor profession. Being a school counselor is not an easy responsibility
especially in this era. Nowadays students more complex as they are from different family
background. Our young generation today is known as generation Y , they are IT literate .
Relations among them based on twitter , facebook , sms and imagination where they are seen

DISCUSSION
Limitation of study
In this study, there are limitation in several respects. The result were obtain based on the
teacher’s perceptions about the school counseling service. Although the respondents were
randomly selected, the survey was distributed only to teachers in the Southwest, which leads to
assumption about the findings because of different regions.
Research design
This survey research was designed to elicit useful feedback from certified teachers. The result
illustrate several important points :
1) Teachers are in primary position to provide accurate and meaningful feedback on the
effectiveness of counseling services.
2) Overall, teachers are satisfied with school counseling services and report strength in
several areas of service provision.
Evaluation of the study
Through this study, the researcher aiming to determine teachers satisfaction toward the
school counseling services and he manage to establish the significant of the research questions.
This is because the method use to obtain the data by surveying is appropriate as the result can be
obtained. The use of analysis of variance (ANOVA) to see the satisfaction level was conducted.
The method is use because the question made appropriate to measure the level of satisfaction.
Given the method of data collection and analysis of this study, the researcher clearly
conclude and come up with reasonable conclusion.
On the other hand, the researcher might also can approach in gathering data from students.
This is because, students also get the counseling services which can also contribute in
supporting the result.
Implications
From my understanding and view, the researcher manage to show us the job perspective of a
counselor which contribute many aspect that can help students. This study was to ensure the
counseling services do not stop in future generation. The researcher also said that in order for the
counselor to help students in their studies, counselor must have input into curriculum
development. In my opinion, I agree with that because during their studies to become a counselor,
they more focus on how to tackle student’s emotion and psychology. Regarding to research
methodology, the researcher use appropriate method that can easily understand which it can
guide me in my research.
