My name is Noah Wingard, aspiring artist/tour manager for the music business. This project was completed as part of Project & Portfolio 1: Personal Branding class at Full Sail University in November of 2023.
2. Hailing from the diverse Annapolis, Maryland, Noah Wingard grew up
involved in and surrounded by performance and various art forms
including sports, theater, painting, photography, and music. He
discovered a passion for live music by attending shows and concerts,
which led him to explore how he might evoke the electric feeling of a
concert for others. After graduating high school during COVID, and a
few years working laborious jobs while taking care of his family, Noah
enrolled at Full Sail University to study Music Business, working to
gain the knowledge needed to manage artists, productions, and even
tours. He continues to focus on exploring his profession within the
entertainment of others through live music events.

11. BRAND POSITION
For music fans who want to connect better with their favorite
artist, I provide opportunities for fans to capitalize based on
their individual levels of interaction with the brand, because
then the most dedicated fans can gain access to certain
benefits while still supporting the band, crew, and everyone
involved with the brand.
EVERYONE WINS!

Digital Marketing
• Primary Content: I would be publishing content derived from live events
that bands perform at, focused on the interaction between fans and the
bands, vendors, and one another to highlight the fan’s perspective.
• Primary Tools: YouTube and video editing software. Posting videos of
band members reminiscing on the live experience, or prompting fans to
create their own videos recounting their experience or reacting to our
published content.
• Website: Everything I’m involved with creating or helping achieve will
appear on my portfolio site, and I can utilize personal social media to
display work and continue drawing attention to my brand.

14. NOAH WINGARD
You know when bands can’t seem to ‘get off the ground’? Well,
what I do is help those bands make stronger connections within
their audience, and increase attendance to their shows as a
result. In fact, since beginning to create promotional content for a
band in the Orlando area, ticket sales have increased up to 25%.

Editor's Notes
Forbes Most Valuable Brands List (2017): https://www.forbes.com/powerful-brands/list/
Apple 2. Google 3. Microsoft 4. Facebook 5. Coca-Cola 6. Amazon 7. Disney 8. Toyota 9. McDonald’s 10. Samsung
Methodology:
Forbes valued more than 200 global brands by looking at three years of earnings and allocating a percentage of those earnings based on the role brands play in each industry (e.g., high for luxury goods and beverages, low for airlines and oil companies). We applied the average price-to-earnings multiple over the past three years to these earnings to arrive at the final brand value.
