Operator of 5 NSW mines (plus 2 in care and maintenance),
producing approx 15 million tonnes annually and employing over
1,400 people
Total reserves of 348 Mt
Fuelling approximately 40% of the State’s coal fired electricity
65% production to domestic customers (Mt Piper, Eraring and
Vales Point)
35% production exported (customers include power stations and
industry in predominately Japan, Korea, Taiwan)
