It covers how to: - Set up a project document using best practices such as iterative saves and default settings - Enter tasks, durations, dependencies, resources and track progress by baseline and entering actuals - Create and use views, tables, filters and groups to report on the project status in different ways The goal is for users to understand key aspects of setting up and tracking a project plan in Microsoft Project.
